March 08 Babies !!!

Hi everyone, i just finished my first ivf cycle and got a positive test result! My due date is march 3, 2008 although it will probably be sooner. My fist daughter (8) was born 4 weeks early.
Anyway, my egg retv was 6/10 transfer 6/15 and positive result on 6/25.
i am so excited and just completely shocked that ivf worked!
Tuesday i will find out if i am having one or two, but either way i'm just beside myself!

Hey dixiegal1,

I am due March 2nd. Had retreval on 6/10 transferred 2 embies om 6/14, and tested positive on 6/25. So we are really close. I get my first ultrasound on 7/11 to see how many. How about you?

How are you feeling? I am doing ok. Just tired a lot and hungry. Also my boobies are hurting a lot.

i get mine tuesday, he said we should be able to see something then. I'm so excited i can't stand it. LOL
yes my boobs are killing me. I'm definitely focused on food more than normal! I'm having a good bit of nausea and throwing up some, also really tired.
LOL i kept saying i wouldn't complain about anything if i just got a positive... good lord i didnt know what i was promiseing

have you had your second bt yet? friday mine was up 1670. so he said that was good they had doubled.
Will this be your first baby?

Hi guys!

I'm so excited to have a bfp too! Huge Congrats to you both. Looks like I am due a day or later on March 4th

. I'm so jealous of your ms!! (yes I say that now) But, it was all that let me know I was preggo last time. It didn't set it until 6 weeks. I have NO symptoms now. Didn't have any duing during 2ww except cramping and had some more cramping on Fri night. Was pretty scared with that, but it's gone now and I had a scan on Sat morning which showed a good lining and no bleeding. Unfortunately it's too early to even see sacs!! My RE assured me you're not supposed to see anything 4 wk 4 days. I go in for my scan 7/9/7. It should start feeling more real after seeing the happy little blobs on the screen

I look forward to an uneventful 8 more months with you!!

whew daly i know your about to jump stumps waiting for that scan. LOL. I can't even sleep. keep worrying which is crazy considering how smoothly everything went.

I think your right, i'll feel better when i can see something. I know somethings going on but it just still seems so surreal.

this is cracking me up how we all have due dates one day apart. maybe we can get at least one person for everyday of the month lOL.

tajma, how are you doing? anymore betas or symptoms?

conratulations pregnant ladies! i'm due in late february, so i am very close to where you're all at. try to enjoy as much as you can without getting too anxious. thats advise i need to learn more than anybody haha.

congrats to you too erica! you know your right. trying to relax is harder than it was this time than with my first one almost 10 years ago. ( i was 23).Back then i didn't have internet or cable so i was blissfully unaware of betas, chemical pregnancies, blighted ovums and whatever else we could come up with on any internet search now LOL. boy, to be young and clueless again!

Hey ladies,

Welcome new mommies. Looking forward to next 8 months with you.

I had my second beta on 27th which was 48 hours after my first on(187), and my second was 385. So it is doubling up. I go in for my first U/S on 7/11. I am doing ok but I get little cramps every once in a while, especially after I go to the bathroom and urinate.
IS THIS NORMAL? ANYONE EXPERIENCE THIS?

Hey ladies! Congrats on making it to 5 weeks! YEAH! Tajma, I read over and over again how normal cramps are. So I try to tell myself to be okay wiht them! But, getting them while you urinate could be a sign of bladder infection. My RE checked me for bladder infection after I called him with my cramps on Friday (it was negative, but better safe then sorry). It is so easy to treat and they are SO common with pregnancy and present with funny symptoms. I had one with my first pregnancy really early on. Apparently the hormones make you more suseptable. (sp??) Anyway, if it's not a bladder infection, I'll bet it's totally normal! The uterus sits on top of the bladder - who the heck designed that!!! So, it could be the shift in position when you pee(?). Ok, I'm rambling! I think I need more food! The only symptom I have is insatiable hunger!!! (not the one i want!)

We need someone due on March 5 to join next!!

Hello ladies!
I heard you were looking for someone due March 5th? well, that's me!
I went this morning for my second beta and although I was pretty confident, I'm starting to feel a little anxious. My nurse should be calling soon (I hope), otherwise I won't be able to work.
Let me tell you, I don't feel anything, no cravings, no cramping, no hunger, no ms, no NOTHING!!! and in a way it drives me crazy because everybody else seems to feel something and that would be reassuring for me. Is anyone out there like me?
I wish I didn't know anything about chemical pregnancies, and all the scary things that I read about in other threads...
I'll keep you posted as soon as I get my results back.

hi you guys! i have been having cramps off and on in my ovaries and bladder too! doc says its from the fluid thats still in the ovaries and such.
I'm so anxious today for some reason about the ultra sound tomorrow. I am not nauseated today like i have been which may be due to the fact i havent been stuffing myself today, but it still makes me wonder. LOL good grief .
everyone feeling okay? any symptoms driving you nuts?

Congratulations Luis!!! I can't believe how our due dates have worked out! Now we'll wait for March 6

I feel absolutely NOTHING TOO!!! Poor dh is buying another pee stick for me today jsut so I can see it turn positive

Odd how our brains work when we're preggo. But, I had no symptoms wiht dd last time until 6-7 weeks when ms hit me big time. So, maybe it's that way again?? Senidng you tons of babydust for your next hcg! When will they schedule your scan?

Dixiegal - I'm so sorry you're having cramps. I was so worried on Friday with mine. They were constant and really bad. But, everything was as fine as you can see anyway on the US. I always got sick to my stomach with nerves before each US early on in my last pregnancy too. It's just so exciting and scary all at once. I'm sending you great babydust for a fabulous scan tomorrow! BTW, my lack of symptoms is driving me nuts! And my ms came and went last pregnancy too.

Hello ladies,
Got my 2nd beta: 236!! my nurse was very happy with the results and she scheduled an U/S for the 16th. Well, that was one more step, and one less to go.
dixiegal, I hope everything went well with the U/S, please let us know. I'll be sending you tons of positive energy.
daly, I was feeling a bit anxious for my lack of symptoms, but talked to my mom and she said with her 3 pregnancies, other than a growing belly, she never experienced anything at all!! same with menopause. I hope this is a hereditary condition then

Anyway, I'm feeling fine today. I'm having insomnia because I'm too excited to sleep! crazy ha? I better calm myself down, I need to be able to focus at work, and that is not possible if I don't sleep. Well, I hope you all have a nice day.

Lulis - Great HCG!!! Congratulations! I totally have insomnia too! I woke up at 4 am and couldnt' go back to sleep. I'm so excited and scared about the scan. Poor dh had to get me another pee stick so I could see it go positive. Aside from a strange cramp here and there - NO SYMPTOMS! Not even sore boobs! I joke with my friend I would like an attached portable US to view inside the tummy and convince myself something is there

Dixiegal - I can't wait to hear about your US. I think your our 1st March baby to make it to the exciting day! Sending you tons of babydust!
