2ww - would love some company

Hi everyone...came looking for some support and company to go through this hell they call 2ww. This is my second attempt at ivf, but my first where we got far enough to do a transfer. From the 15 eggs retreived, only one survived until day 5 to be transferred. I really believed it was our miracle embryo, and was thinking only positive thoughts. Then, at 5dp5dt I did an hpt and got a bfn. Such dispair. I did another one today, at 6dp5dt and again, bfn. I have been crazy reading posts from people who say that its not too late, but with these sensitive tests, do I actually have any hope? Really, wouldn't I know by now? Anyway, my bt is on Friday, July 6, and I'm feeling hopeless. Does anyone else out there need support or have advice? Thanks - hoping to meet some people to help eachother on this journey...

6 days is SUPER DUPER early!!!

I had a negative HPT at 10 days post 3 day transfer!! Then a beta of 73 or 76.. (its in my siggy) the next day.. That's why I don't agree with doing HPT's!! Those stupid things.. Keep the faith.. i say way too early!

just tested again this morning, now 7dp5dt and bfn. Am completely hopeless, but it made me feel better to read your post. Thanks for your story....

hey there lookingforlite i also go in to test on friday july 6. this is my 3rd attempt at ivf with icis it has been hard the 2ww. but i have manage. those hpt for me are not good i tried them on my 1 ivf and got negatives so i just went down hill from there. that is why i do not use them no more. just hang in there and keep postive. try to relax i know it's impossible but we need to!!! good luck!!!!!!

I'm right there with you. I also have my bloodwork on Friday the 6th and I'm also getting bfn right now 8dp6dt. I feel totally hopeless, but I'm trying to hang in there. I've been searching for stories of bfp after 9 or 10 days after transfer and there are lots of them out there. My rn told me that the earliest she thought a hpt would turn positive wouldn't be until Friday (the day i have bloodwork). I don't know if I believe her, but i'm trying to!
