I had my first ultrasound today at 5w5d and had three sacs. Two of which were exactly the same size and looked great. The third had no yolk and was very small, too small to measure. The doc said that it may just absorb or it could have just implated late and it needs to catch up.
Has anyone had this happen? Did it catch up or absorb..any info would be great!
Thanks,
Jessica
Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.
On the first scan at 5 weeks, ours were 3,4,5 days (respectively) behind their gestational age. The doctor termed 3 day behind=borderline and the rest as abnormal. On our 2nd scan 10 days later, all of them had grown to be in almost normal category. We ensured that my wife got a chance to relax after work. We are at 10 wks now and keeping our fingers crossed hoping for the health of all.
Hang in there and hope for the best. These are tough little fellers and will do whatever they can to hang in there.
