Changing Protocols?

Just went through my first ICSI procedure and got a BFN on 6-20. I was on the Luteal Lupron protocol (Lupron,Menopur,Gonal-F). I had 12 follies; 11 were retrieved; 7 matured; and 3 fertilized. I had 2 eggs transfered and 1 frostie. One was a 9 celled and the other 7 celled for a 3 day transfer. Beta was 3! ICSI is our only choice due to male factor. Now my RE wants to change protocols- he wants to try the Microdose Flare. The clinic I go to is closed for the month of July so I have to wait until August. But does anyone know anything about this protocol? My RE states in the letter that he wants my ovaries to rest. He hopes this protocol will produce more eggs. I thought 11 eggs was a pretty good number. Now I am afraid I will end up with Over stim or Hyperovulation. Has anyone had any success with changing protocols?
