I broke my tooth this sat-y so I need to go to dentist ASAP. I was just wondering is it safe to have a anastesia shot? I can't even imagine going to dentist and not be able to have this shot.

My obgyn told me to put off regular dental visits till after delivery. Please call your gynecologist right away.

thanks Deepa, I called ob, he said novacain is ok. We will see, i have a dentist appt tommorrow,I wouldve postpone it, but i just dont' want to spend another 5.5 months w a broken tooth

Sorry, I just meant since you have a broken tooth, you should check with your obgyn and then go to the dentist. A broken tooth is not a "regular" visit.
