Barbs, I am so so sorry to read your sad news. It is just so cruel. We spoke a little on the March cycle thread and I remember you having concerns about the dates. I went through something similar last year and I know that its no consolation yet but over time it does get easier, make sure you treat yourself very nicely over the next few weeks and perhaps try and spend some time with your dh just the two of you. No-one else quite understands what you both feel.
I am very sure that you will be successful, you have managed to get pregnant which is a huge step. Make sure that however little you feel like it you arrange a full debrief with your fertility consultant asap. They learn more about you each time and can tailor your treatment accordingly.

I Wish you every luck for your future treatment

Barbs,

I am so sorry for your loss. I had a very similar experience. I miscarried at 9 weeks and 6 days, which was 4 days after my release from my RE to my OB. I went in for my 11th week visit and there was no heartbeat. It was devastating, especially after all we had done to get to that point. I cried for what seemed like forever. Then we started trying again and 4 mos. later I am now preg. after an FET (we put in 3 blasts). I am cautiously optomistic and will be until I make it to 12 weeks and then to my amnio.

Again, I am so sorry for your loss and please believe that there is hope.

6 -- FET -- BFP (due 3/2/2008) and I am catiously optomistic

Hi guys

I just want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart. You are all a true inspiration to me and I would have gone completely stark raving bonkers if it was not for you all and this board.

Thank you for sharing your stories with me - it has been a comfort to hear them and know that all we are feeling is normal. I too am so sorry for all of your losses too - I now know what it feels like.

Things are starting to get back to normal again and apart from bleeding still, no one would ever know that we were almost three months pregnant only two and a bit weeks ago. We are looking forward to trying again at the end of September or there abouts. We have two embryos left and if they make the thawing process then they have agreed to put both back.

All the best for everyone about to go through the process for the first time or again. I am sticking around so will be about from time to time.
