My due date is also 11/5, but I am having twins and very likely won't go that far.

Sorry your big scan wasn't the event you had hoped for. Maybe on your next one you can ask them ahead of time to point out certain things and also request a different sonographer.

So cool to see that everyone is doing well and the line-up of boys and girls on their way.

I'm still on bedrest, it's been since 5/1 and I'm guessing I will be for the duration. All the complications I've had just makes everything more risky. I am definitely going a little nutty to say the least, but hanging in there.

Our names will be: Zoe Grace and Theodore (Teddy) Henry

Welcome D we always like to have new people with us, I am sorry about your sono, try not to let it bother you too much. Like Ange said maybe next time ask for another sonographer, or kick that one in the butt and tell him to lighten up!!! My due date is 11/3/07

AngeBless your sweet heart, I just cannot imagine what you are going through, I wish you all the best. You are for sure in my thoughts!! Just think only 19 more weeks to go, if you are like me I am counting down now.Good luck sweetie, keep us posted.

Wow ya'll have some great names, I am still stumped as ever, although I do have a nickname "Tuffy" which I have had since before day one and that is what we call him now, I think I would really like to have a name picked out before he gets here. I have a few ideas I'll tell em to you and maybe get your votes on them.
1. Kai Justice (King, last name)
2.Justice Isaiah
3.Aston Kai
"Kai" means beautiful in Hawaiin which we're not, we are white, but I just think it is really pretty name and I like the meaning!! And I do not know anyone with that name.

Oh yeah another thing everyone I see keeps telling me that I do not look very big, I am not sure if they are just being nice, or if they mean it, starting to worry me a little. I personally feel big as a house already, but every else doesn't see it for some reason. I have went from a size 3 pre-pregnancy to a size medium maternity clothes. I had gained 18 pounds at 5 months. I have another appt on July 2 so I am gonna ask them about it. I was thinking I was gaining too much. So I do not know!! How are you all progressing?

ok, since you asked. I am progressing well. Some days I think I look huge, others I don't. I have only put on 9 pounds, So I am hoping it is all baby. Everything has shifted so much, that it makes me look big. People have asked # of times "Are you sure there aren't 2 in there" So I know I am showing quite a bit. But like I said, I really haven't gained. I don't eat alot, because it is hard too.

But yeah, only like 19 weeks left. It doesn't seem like a long time at all. Time is really flying. Pretty soon she will be here in my arms, it is just hard to believe, with what we have gone through.

We got our crib up this past weekend. I go in the room constantly and just imagining. I can't wait.

As for the names you picked - my vote is:

1. Kai Justice

I prefer unique names. I actually considered that name myself for a boy but my neighbors boy has that name!!

You are the same as me also, I have gained 18lbs so far. I think thats a good weight so far! One person just told me her OB says around 1lb a week is good. So how have you bee feeling overall?

I should have said I gained 18lbs at 5mths also. I go back to the OBs on Monday. Lately it has been around 1lb a week!

Oh I have been really lucky with this pregnancy, it makes me wish I could have more than this one. I have had very little morning sickness, just quieziness in the morning til I eat then i am fine. That started at about 12 weeks and has been that way since before that I had nothing. I have had some contractions early on that were normal so I was told. I am happy to know that someone else has gained the same as me, I also go to Ob on Monday how cool is that. Let me know what you weigh then and I will too. We can compare weight gain. I sure hope this time is better for you. I am really lucky my OB is almost like family I have been going to him for about 10 yrs and they are treating me like gold cause they know this is my only chance.

How did your OB appt go? I wanted to let you know my OB said also they look at about 1lb a week as far as weight gain goes. But of course, one week you may gain less or another week more. My weight today was at 163.8lbs that means I gained 5lbs in two weeks!! The doc said then next time I may gain nothing. I said I hope it doesnt carry on like this I will be rolling in the office soon lol...

Guess what? I talked to the OB about our disappointed with the Level 2 Ultrasound and he offered us a 125.00 pkg of a 3-D u/s along with movie etc that he is offering to patients FREE OF CHARGE!! I couldnt believe it!! We are happy now!!

Oh wow D that is great news, that will be so exciting!!!
I weighed in at a whopping 164 lbs. So I guess we are right on track with each other lol. I got to see my little guy today he is getting so big. I am having lots of pressure and cramping in my lower abdomen, Dr said it was just the weight of the baby pushing down, but everything looks great and cervix closed up tight. So just waiting for next sono now it is July 31. Then I will probably go back to every two weeks again. Can't wait to see how much he has grown by then. As well as how much I have grown.
Keep me updated on 3D sono I know that will be so much fun!!

I'm glad all is well with you. Really wow! You gained the same amount of weight as me! That's funny! I have been feeling lots of pressure down there also!! I have one mouthful of water and Im running to the bathroom. I have soooo much pressure that I now have external Hemmoroids lots of fun those are I only got the fun doppler today no u/s. Do you get an u/s everytime? He didn't check my cervix today...hmmm is that something they should do? I can't complain I have had lots of u/s'. My next appt is July 16. He sees me every 2 weeks.

I thought it was really good of the doc actually to give us that package free. We planned on doing it and paying the 125.00 for it! Should be fun! We won't be doing that u/s until the 2nd-3rd week of August!

They normally don't do us everytime but they are for me just to ease my stress lol. I have been going to this Dr for 10 yrs and this is my first pregnancy to make it this far and they are just as excited as I am. My next appt is July 31. I think after this one I will have to start going every two weeks.

D Why are you going every two weeks now? They only checked my cervix because I have been having alot of pressure there. They will probably start to check it soon though. I would love to be able to have a 3D they are truly amazing. I am so happy for you!

Has anyone gotten to see your baby kick yet? I have !!!!!

I can see him moving and kicking my belly now, it is sooooo awesome. We actually play together. He will hit or kick in one spot and when he stops I will tap my finger in that spot and he will do it again, or I can tap on the other side and he will move to that side. It is funny cause my family thinks I am crazy, I will just be sitting there and just start tapping all over my belly.
It has really made me feel so much closer to him too, actually being able to interact with him is unfreakingbelievable!!! Can you tell I am excited LOL

Nothing new for me. She is kicking alot. It is such a weird feeling, sometimes I get sick from the feeling. But she is getting stronger, and I can feel it a little with my hand. I feel bad because it is still hard for aaron to feel it. But soon.

So can you believe we are almost 6 months. Time is flying by so fast. Like 3-4 months left 16 weeks for me. That doesn't seem long at all. I am getting very anxious and excited. She will be here soon. For some reason I think she will be early, especially since everything has been happening early. If not that is ok, but I will be prepared anyway.

Does anyone else have this yet: Leaking from the boobs? I think it is way to early to have, everyone can't believe it is already happening. So I want to know if it is just me. And I don't think I am that big, but others do. They keep asking if I am having twins. But I am not, and I really haven't gained too much, 13 pounds in 6 months isn't alot. Any one else really big?

Well D and I both have gained around 20 lbs in 6 months and everyone keeps telling me I look little for 6 months. I think it is all in how you carry.
I haven't had any leaking yet, both my friends that just had babies started leaking at 4 months. So I don't guess there is a wrong time.
I am still trying to find a name and a bed, too of the most importants and I am stuck.
I think we have almost decided to go with Tuff Justus King. Or
Copen Hagen King. If you cannot tell we are country folk. It is a Texas thing LOL. Tell me what you think.

Just wanted to know, did anyone of you experience this yet. I was laying on the couch, and guess what, I saw my belly move. You could actually see her moving. I didn't think it would happen so soon. And I was feeling my belly, and felt a hard little lump. I rubbed it a little and it went away. I think it was her foot. I guess I didn't realize things would happen so soon.

Gosh I can't even believe only 15 more weeks, or maybe a little less if I am early. Time is flying by so fast, I can't believe it. I am actually starting to get a little scared and worried. Having some anxiety. But I know it is all worth it.

Do any of you feel like this: I have comments made to me like, just wait untill you have the baby, you will not be sleeping, or your freedom is gone, etc, (negative comments about having a baby). I feel like I am going to enjoy everything about being a mother. I have waited so long for this, that those negative comments make me mad, because I don't honestly think I will feel like that. Sometimes people dont' think at all. They don't realize how big of a miracle this is. I just wondering if anyone else feels these feeling.
