During my FET cycle I did acupuncture once a week. Now that I'm pregnant my acupuncturist wants me to continue doing acupuncture once a week untill the second trimester for maintenance. She told me that it help for m/s, give you more energy and most of all it help prevent miscarriage. Is anyone been doing acupuncture after they got BFP? Is it safe to do acupuncture during the first trimester? Any ideas and suggestions please....
Thanks

My accupuncturist recommends it once a week for the first trimester and then once a month for the rest of the pregnancy. Not that I can afford it, I worried that if I didn't do it and ended up with a miscarriage, I would always wonder if it would have prevented it if I had continued it. I am now 26 weeks and am down to once a month.

I am convinced it is what did it this time. however...when we met with our OBGYN she said not to do anymore accupuncture. I don't know if its because we are having twins or her severe morning sickness...the dr. perscribed zafron for it.
