In Vitro Fertility Goddess Book Club

Post by hellie »

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to share with everyone the joy I've been feeling (no not about having a child afert 5 years of TTC) but after reading In Vitro Fertility Goddess.

Believe it or not, it's one of the funniest books I've ever read (beats Bridget Jones if you ask me). And it happens to be on infertility. What a bonus!!

It's central theme is about attitude and how to overcome adversity with a positive mindset. It certainly worked for the author (she eventually ended up with a healthy baby daughter) and I think it can work for many of us. There's increasing scientific evidence to suggest that having the right outlook increases one's chances of success.

I must say that after reading this book, I really feel energized and ready to take on the world!

I was hoping some of us could start a mini book club here and discuss some of the hilarities made in this book.
