Hi Jenn,

Just wanted to say hi and see how you are going.

I feel really bloated today and the progesterone is definitely affecting my mood. I'm also incredibly hungry!!

Hoe you are surviving the TWW. It seems ages until next Wednesday!

i am doing good - just exhausted...i have been going to bed so early. i heard that the progesterone can do that....LOL...is there anything it doesn't do????

wow - only 7 more days to go!!!!!! so exciting for you!!!!!

what do i have (had to count).....10 more days....

congrats to all the new mommies to be!!!

i wish i could say th same for myself but i got my period 3 days ago... it was my first IUI so im not losing hope

will probably jump to IVF next time

So sorry to hear about your BFN

but good to hear that you haven't lost hope.

Hi all, I am brand new to this site and I am 4 dpiui. I still have 10 days till my next appointment

this 2WW is killing me. I have been reading along for the last couple of weeks, but I have been hesitant to join. A few of the other message boards I have found have been pretty negative, but I have found every one here to be really positive, and I like that.

I want to say congratulations to all with BFP and to those who got BFN, my thoughts are with you.

I am kind of excited about finding this site, It's great having so many going through exactly what I am. So I hope you all don't mind me jumping in.

DH and I have been ttc for 2 years 8 months, this is our frist IUI and I am really optimistic.

TWW is tough - are you on progesterone too? I've just told DH to ignore everything I say for the next week because I feel so crabby and a bit fed up. I know it's the progesterone. Don't remember it being so bad last time

Still, it will all be worth it when we welcome a new little person into the world.

Jenn, I go to Boston IVF. I noticed you were from MA too and that you had your IUI the same day... I thought how funny it would have been to be in the same waiting room... I am very new to all of this so I a going to guess that Beta is the blood test? to which I answer, yes my appointment is on the 28th as well.

I am not on progesterone. I did metformin (pcos) and clomid then 1 injection of ovadril (pardon the spelling). Now I am just waiting.

i looked into boston IVF - but decided to go to reading - it is closer to my house and my obgyn recommended them

i was thinking the same thing...was she in the waiting room when i was there?????:D

Hello Ladies,

I got the results from my second Beta and it was great.

1022. Our nurse said we are probably looking at multiples! It's really strange I don't feel very different at all. I just have a "full" feeling in my tummy all the time. I also haven't been hungry at all. I am trying to make myself eat though. I go in next Weds. for Beta #3 and about a week and a half later I'll go in for my 1st ultrasound. I am really excited

I wanted to say hello to all the new girls! I hope your tww is going quickly I know how difficult it is, it seems like it will never end. I'm hoping this is the lucky thread and we all end up with BFP's!! Keep busy and try not to stress. It's a long journey for all of us but that pot of gold at the end of the rainbow is certainly worth it. These babies will never know how special they are and how lucky they will be to have us for moms

I have hope and I just have to believe for all of us that everything will work out fantastic

Congratulations!! That is great news.

Well this first week is almost over... I just hope next week goes by just as "quick."

I don't want to get my hopes up (well... yes I do) but I am totally feeling something I have never felt before, like a heavy feeling.

Is anyone planning on taking an HPT? I have 2 left over just haunting me, and I am so tempted.

i am insane - i know - nothing like continuing to break promises to myself.

i was very crampy over the past few days.... so i checked in with the nurse to see if all was normal....she said it could be the progesterone suppositories...or it could be implantation.

but you aren't on progesterone right? sooooo....maybe it is a good thing

i asked her about the trigger shot... i took it last thursday night...and when it would be out of my system...(poas addict that i am)...she said "it should already be out".... hmmmmm... i tend to disagree about that because i tested and it is positive..... and it is way too early for a positive.

Shoddygirl - hate to be the bearer of bad news but my first week seemed quite normal, this one is really crawling

Lucky we're away at a wedding this weekend so hopefully that will take my mind off testing. Planning not to test until Wednesday. I am noticing that my stomach is feeling quite bloated but have blamed it on the progesterone

I'm being superstitious and blaming everything on the progesterone!

Jenn - I can't believe you already tested! How are you going to survive the next week! That would mean that according to your nurse the trigger shot is way out of my system too

Still not going to test yet.

I went shopping today, came back with one teeshirt and now I'm exhausted! Must be the progesterone, not sure how I'll be at the wedding on Saturday as stupid things are making me very emotional. Probably just as well the wedding is in German, won't have quite the same impact as an English one!

Off to put together a wedding outfit!
