Hello all!

Just thought I would start a thread for those of us expecting triplets....is there anyone out there?

HI!

I am 10 weeks along with triplets right now! Had our 1st OB appt today, they are so cute! Moving all around! They are now considered A B and C now! So how far along are you??

Man it's been a long journey and I still can't believe sometimes this is real! But it was all meant to be you know? Thanks for always having kind words over the years, it means so much.

Hi Allison,

I was 8wks Sunday...I can't hardly believe how fast things are going! I have already had three ultrasounds and I have one scheduled for this Thursday at 4pm. They all had really strong heartbeats....and they are super cute.

How are you feeling?

WOW. I just found out today I have three littles ones in there. I'm shocked!!! I am only 5wk2d. I wasn't supposed to have u/s this early but I went in b/c I thought I was having an infection or something. All's fine there. And she decided to do u/s since I was there. My beta's were high, so since bfp doc & girls have all been saying probably multiples. And there they were. She saw 3 sacs & 3 yolks. Couldn't believe I was finally seeing this. I know its still very early. But my head is swarming with thoughts. I'm so excited then scared. I've waited awhile for this pregnancy.

So yesturday I found out that we have triplets. Two of them are identical. This just kind of blew us away.

I am scared and excited all at the same time. We got to hear their heart beats and see all three beating. It was beautiful.

My clinic doc is horible and he just stated to paint the gloomy picture of what is to come. He didn't even say congratulations. That is all I will say about him.

I called another doc and getting refered to a high-risk pregnancy doctor.
Oh, I am 6wk4days today.

It is good to see that there are other of us out there.

Congrats Elvis!!
My doc told me he thought I was having trips when he 1st called me, my Beta was 512 and he said he had never heard of a Beta that high 9 days after transfer! So I was kinda prepared for it by the time I went to our 1st sono. My doc was always really leary about trips too, was worried about the complications. But I said, God gave me what I was supposed to have so that's that! We'll deal with whatever comes and pray for the best!!
You are about at that oh my gosh I am so sick and tired stage!! No fun but hopefully you won't get too much of it! My nausea lasted 2 weeks but I am alot better now. Still get tired but now I am eating every other hour. Crazy!!

Glad to meet others who are going thru everything I am!

That is what my husband and I have said to each other. It is in God's hands, just like we left it in God's hands to give us our little miricles. It was just a horrible way that the doctor told us, he had no sence of compasion. To top it off he was rattling this all off while I was still in the stir-ups.

We are surround ourselves with supportive family and friends and lots of faith.

The funny thing is I am not too sick at all. Just really exhausted all of the time. Plus my (.)(.) are growing like crazy. Talk about itching.

Hi ladies:
Elvis, do you know what kinda of twins you are carrying?
My identical twins (1 placenta 2 sac) were diagnosed with Twin to Twin Transfusion syndrome yesterday Dr. called it in between a stage 3 & 4, with 5 being the worst. I had to have an emergency animio reduction. It was not fun

One twins heart was surrounded by excess fluid and the other twins bladder was was not visible, indicating major problems.
Perhaps, that what was your Dr. was negative about. My Dr. was negative too and DH and dismissed it as him being too negative. 2 weeks later we got the diagnosis.
IF my twins make it through the next 10 days, we will have to see what damage so far the TTTS has caused and if the heart and bladder have not corrected he urged us to reduce for the sake of the one very healthy baby. I guess it all depnds when the first signs of TTTS occur and in my case it occured VERY early. Less severe cases do not appear until nearly 28 weeks, when at lease the babies are viable!

He never mentioned that at all. The only thing that he said that the twins could get tangled in each others ambilical cords and die. In doing my own research am and reading about TTTS. The thing is I am only 6 weeks almost 7 and I think it is still early to tell, at least from what I read. The twins at this moment have really strong heart beats. So I just want to get to a peri already so I can hear what he has to say.

Our clinic doc has no experience with this.

Hi how are you? just wanted to say congrats on the triplets!!!!

We have come a long way since the june/july thread..i had my scan and im haveing twins!

You should post your news on the march 08 thread.... Jeneden and carebear will be sooo thrilled for you.

Congrats to everyone having triplets!!! What an exciting journey you are all on! Can't wait to see pics and hear how everything progresses.

Allison~ that is the cutest web page ever! I wish I had a fraction of your computer skills. What a great way to keep family informed. Can you put a page on there where guests can sign on and send comments? Just curious?

Hi girls,

I'm 24 weeks pregnant with triplets and i'm so happy that we finally have a triple trouble thread !

I've been on complete bedrest since i was 21 weeks pregnant due to a short cervix and i needed to have a cerclage, but the babies are all doing great! we're having 2 boys and 1 girl.
