Frozen Embryo Transfer

hey everyone. iam trying to get some info about FET. i had my firt IVF like a month ago, i did get pregnant but after 3 weeks i took my fifth Beta and it was 0. now iam trying to find out about Frozen Embryo Transfer. did anyone have it and had success stories.!!!!!!!!!

I had FET done in June 2003, I only had the one frozen which survived the thawing and gave me my third baby in March 2004

Sorry I don't have a suceess story, but I'm in my 3rd IVF and one previous FET gave me 7 weeks (then miscarried) - longer than any fresh cycle. If your embryos are healthy, it should give you a good result.

I thought the FET was better than the IVF cycle! No worries of hyperstimming. I had ER with no transfer. Dr. wanted to give the body some recovery time. I had FET 2 months after ER and am 13 pregnant with triplets (one embie split into identical twins). I had better lining with the FET than I ever had with any of my 3 previosu failed IVF cycles. Make sure the Dr watches your lining. For my FET my lining was at 10.5!

Thanks you for your reply. My doctor gave me shot they are called GESTON and some E2 pills to take 3 tims a day and viginal Prog. the shots i take are i think help to maintaine pregnancy. after 2 weeks i take beta test. and then i take again beta test every 3 days but my doctor never gives me any other blood tests or ultra sound untill 5 weeks pregnant. so i have no idea whats my linning or anything. do i have to ask my doctor for additional blod work or u/s??? i didn't start yet my FET but i know from my first IVF how my doctor works.

I did a fet on July 3. I got a bfp on Monday, July 9. and my beta blood test was on July 12, 07 I got a bfp beta was 333. My edd is 3/20/08. I even went out of town on day 3 of my transfer. I did et on July 3 on July 5 I was on the road for 7 hour stoping only once to use the rest room. On day 1 of the transfer I cramp like crazy had very bad leg cramps too. On day 2 following 5 day transfer. I just had cramping. By Friday I was peeing every 30 mins. I had a feeling that i was pg. but was not sure. So I took the test got 2 lines I ended up on my knee's praying and thanking god. I ate a can of pineapples the day of the transfer if that help at all. Good luck...
