I know how stressful that can be. I will keep you in my prayers. If you read through a lot of these posts, spotting and cramping seems to happy A LOT! Keep your chin up. Stress doesn't help (I know easier said than done, I've been there)!

Let me know if there is anything I can do.

good morning ladies! well im back from my u/s and hubby is off to work so i thought i would come by and share my news, ok so we went in for our first u/s and it was kinda hard to see i was expecting it to be a lil bigger but he told me ok now before i show you anything just know all we are looking for today is a sac and if poss a yolk sac nothing else cause the yolk sac is what the baby develops from, so we started. and there it was my small little sac, he then stays on that spot for a lil while and he says you see that small grayish circle on the inside of the dark circle?....yes.....well thats a yolk sac so dh and i got to see not only our lil sac but the lil yolk sac too! and out of the 3 lil embies they tranrsfered, 1 stuck and made itself comfy....so im finally calm again, after seeing that i decided no more research and no more readin i just dont want the stress. as of today they are going to stop blood work for a lil while and just rely on the u/s i was also told that i wil be seen every wednesday until he releases me to my ob in 7 to 8 wks until he's comfortable with letting me go. he will be seeing me for an ultrasound which if i bring in a tape he will tape all u/s's from here on out for me, so on the days dh cant make it due to work he will be able to see it when he gets home!! so for now all is well and all is normal and i go back next wed for 6wk u/s. so just wanted to give you ladies and upate.. everybody have a great day!

I am so happy for you! Isn't it exciting. I am trying not to worry now as well...the only think I'm worried about is TRIPLETS. OMG.

I GOT TO SEE/HEAR MY BABY'S HEARTBEAT!!!!................................

well let me expain the titl today i had bit of a scare, yesterday i started camping, i called my nurse and she told me to take some tylenol because it was safe to take while pregnant. now mind you the only thing that has passed these lips are prenatles and asprine that my doc has me taking. so i was kinda skeptical so i said ok fine cramps never went away. so this morn miguel calls and lets her know whats goin on, she eventually calls me to check up on me well i had a lil bleeding so she said go to the emegency room so ugh i went we got there about 430pm fnally got called back i peed in a cup yay lol, and waited they drew some blood only to tell me i had a SEVERE bladder infection they then put me on iv antibiotics (all which are safe for baby) and then she wanted to check the baby to make sure all is well. so we go in and the tech checks everything and all looks well. so she does and internal ultrasound which i refer to as the dildo cam hahah and she finds baby looks at it for a min then points out look thats the heart beat, i damn there melted she let me see it looked like a lil lima bean with a futter in the middle it was AMAZING and then she told me in a min im gonna tell you to hold your breath so i did and then came the most amazing heartbeat i have ever heard in my entire lifetime it was fast but beautiful and music to my ears, a wave of comfort came over me knowing that my baby is ok. now most people cant get a heartbeat that early but i guess i got lucky. so to make a really long story short mom and baby are just fine ill go for my 6wk u/s on wed and get it video tapped......life is good!.....no.....life is GREAT

Life is great. I am so happy you got to hear/see the baby's heartbeat. How exciting. Hopefully it is all smooth sailing from here on out.

I go tomorrow to confirm if I am having twins or triplets. I'm really excited and nervous!

Hello everyone,
I started my ivf treatment on june 4rth the long protocol
and up till now everything is going well. I discovered your chat group during my 2WW period and it was so helpfull to read all your messages on all my sleepless nights. I wasn't ready to join then, but it was so comforting that I wasn't alone. This is my first ivf so I am completely in the dark about what needs to happen. Thanks to the internet and your chat group I started finding out more and more about the process.
Now on july 17th i had my beta hcg test which I was sure it would be negative (since i wa stupid enough to have a home pregnacy test the day before and it was negative)but the blood test WAS POSITIVE with HCG 549 . Since HCG was so high I was told that there is no need for a second one and that i should go for a ultrasound on the 31st of july. DO YOU THINK i SHOULD PUSH FOR A SECOND ONE?
I can't wait. I am happy but scared and i don't have any symptoms apart from cramps which really scare me. Is it normal?
I want to thank all of you for keeping me company all this time.
thats all for now. I have to try to stay focused at work which i find close to impossible

Hello Everyone,

Its is confirmed...I'm having triplets. I thought my husband was going to hit the floor. We saw three perfect fetuses and three very strong heartbeats!!

I'm glad that we could be support to you. Its a very long and hard journey to take by yourself. Please let me know if you have any questions. BTW, I had cramps as well, they were scary but I was told completely normal.

wannababy. OMG that is so great!!! we were kinda hopin for twins but we are def happy wth what we got congrats again. ive been ok just trying to stay calm and not worry too much about anything.i had my 6wk u/s and my little bean has grown a lil and it still had a heartbeat so all is well. i go for my next u/s on wed ill be 7weeks ill just be curious what it looks like and how much it will have grown...so how are you feelin?? good to hear from you! please keep in touch

Thanks for your reply. Im feeling good. Just really tired which is to be expected and have pretty much no appetite. How are you? We have another ultrasound scheduled for this Thursday...you get lots of them when you're having triplets...this is my fourth so far.

good afternoon ladies how is everyone feelin today, well got back from my 7wk1day apt and everything is fine. althought i feel like a complete a** i asked my doc a simple lil question and he pretty much said i was like a boy who cried wolf worrying about lil thing and when something is really wrong and there is really something to worry about they would have a hard time believing me....wtf??? sorry i have concerns aboutt things that are happening to my body that i dont know ae normal or not im sorry if im a slight bit paranoid because i lost my precious twins at 7months because i felt i didnt ask enough questions! so i guess i wont be asking anything anymore unless im bleeding uncontrollably. sorry for the vent ladies it just really upset me... so how is everyone coming along??

Hi everyone ...i am new to this site.....i am going through ivf and they did my ultrasound today ...they said there are 19 follicles....2 in left and 17 in right ovary.....they are concern if i have polycystic ovary,,,i asked nurse if eggs are good size and she would not say nothing...donno what will happen,,,,i am due for another ultrasound on friday....i hope all the best for everyone here...if anyone has any info about eggs kindly let me know

I would have been looking for a new doctor the minute I walked out of the office, and I'm pretty sure he would be kicking me out of his practice as well. I would have given him a peice of my mind. I wouldn't stand for that. You have every right to be concerned and ask millions of questions until you are satisfied. Do you want me to call him???

Hi everyone.

I'm new here; this is the first time I've ever joined a message board but my bf did when she was pregnant and absolutely loved the support.

I had a frozen transfer (IVF/ICSI) on July 9. (We had a fresh embryo transfer done on March but neither embryo took. This time, I Took a hpt on July 23, and it was pos so I took another one just to be sure and made a dr appt for the 24th. I took another hpt on the 24th before going to the dr and then at the dr she said I wasn't preg?!?! I asked if she was sure because I did 3 at home, so she went and checked and sure enough it was positive.

She ordered a beta for the next day which came back low. She shook her head and seemed very concerned but didn't order a second beta or even ask me to come back for another check up? I'm a little worried but I'm not going back to that dr, I've decided that I need someone who's going to make me feel good when I go to them. I have a u/s scheduled for Aug 10 so if I can't find another dr before then I guess I'll just have to wait to make sure that everything is progressing as it should.

Any suggestions would be great.

I have felt inspired reading your stories of hope, success and support.
