Sorry you not feeling so well Jane, I hope that it lets up so you feel better and that you can really enjoy your weekend.

One more day Jenn, and I am feeling much the same way you do. I have pretty much decided that I will be shocked if we get positive results tomorrow. I only had one follie, so we didn't have alot to work with. One more day and we will know for sure.

I cannot believe the range of emotions involved in all this. It's alot more than I ever anticipated.

Well my wait is suddenly over. AF just came for an early visit. Thank goodness I work with my mom and my office has a door. We just cried and then I called DH and he came brought me home. Now I am waiting to hear back from the doctors office to see what comes next.

Jenn, I am really really hopeful for you now!

I told the same thing to my DH, at least we don't hear the news tomorrow and then have to wait around to start again.

I still have to go in tomorrow for the blood test, then I just wait to hear the results to we can start this crazy ride all over again. I think this time will be a little better. At least now I will know what to expect.

Thanks for your thoughts Jenn.

Hi Shoddygirl,

I am so sorry to hear about AF's visit and that there is no BFP. (Jenn, we're counting on you :) ) Have a good cry, even two days later I woke up this morning and still felt sad. Best to move on I guess, as you say at least you know what to expect next time.

I'm feeling sorry that we're not going to do next cycle so that we can't be buddies again but I can still be here to listen. I get the impression that you are going to jump straight back in and do the next one. Am I right in thinking that you didn't take progesterone? That's my reason for not jumping straight back in - those hormones put me completely out of whack and I just want a 'normal' month and to feel balanced again! DH and I have just been out for dinner and we've decided to go on a diet tomorrow to prepare for the next one, not sure who is going to eat the non diet food in the fridge!

Take care and have that glass of wine or bar of chocolate or whatever you have denied yourself for the last month.

Jane

Good Luck Jenn!!!

Jane & Shoddygirl sorry about your BFN's. It sucks, there's no other way to explain it. I know it will happen for guys, sometimes it just takes time. Shoddygirl have you had any fertility test done? I really believe that my my first 5 cycles did not work becuase I had tons of polyps in my uterus that were not allowing implantation to occur. My first treatment cycle after surgery is the one that did it. DH was furious that they didn't do that test earlier. It was extremely easy too. Just a thought?

Good luck to everyone!

hi girls

i ended up with a BFN.

so now i need to wait until monday to see if i can get insurance to approve IVF... or if i am going to do another IUI.

it is so odd - for some strange reason i don't feel as stressed as i thought i would. maybe because i don't have to torture myself any more with those hpt's. very strange.

i am looking forward to a nice big coffee!!!!!!!!!

shoddygirl -keep me posted on what your next step is :)

we WILL get there girls... we WILL!!!!!

Hi Jenn,
I'm sorry, hope the coffee was good :) You are right, we will get there one day and when we do we'll appreciate everything more because of all the knocks on the way.
Fingers crossed your insurance will cover the IVF. Whatever we do we have to pay half. DH's insurance company won't pay anything as he has no problems :(
Hope you had a good weekend.
