What Vitamins/Supplements should I be taking?

Hello!

I am hoping to start my 6th treatment next month, will find out for sure when we see Sam at the Lister on Tuesday.

I have stocked up on Pregnacare, but what other supplements/vitamins are now recommended?

I think I took Selenium and Zinc last time (as did DH) but are there any more proven goodies?

Any hints and tips greatly appreciated.

wow, 6th attempt!! the best of luck with that!!

i only take folic acid but if you go on Zita West's website (www.zitawest.com), she is the infertility queen and has lots of books on supplements and sells them herself.

Thank you, will take a look there - didn't know if there was a new WOW vitamin that worked miracles...literally!

I will hopefully be starting treatment the end of this/next month so will look out for your posts, all the very very best of luck.
