I am in my 2ww as well. A little scared because i don;t feel many symptoms, if at all. I transfered on Tuesday. My preg test is on Thursday and I am feeling a little negative....

What are you feeling?

Hi also in my 2ww testing on friday aug 10thhad a 5 day trans on aug1 The only thing i have thats diffrent is cramping I dont know what it is but it almost feels like AF is coming............... I hope that is not the case.

Hey Lisa -

I am in the same boat. Day 5 transfer on the first and will test on the 10th. Just feeling a little "achey" but nothing else. Wishing you all the best on the longest 8 days of your life!!

Same same same here - 5 day transfer on the 1st and pregnancy test on the 9th. I have decided that this is the cruelest game - the drugs we have to give ourselves (progesterone) are the drugs that tell us if we are pregnant and give us all our syptoms - so we are having symptoms regardless. Our bodies are deceiving us every minute of every day!!!

My symptoms have been:
Cramping from a few hours after transfer through 2 days after.
Mild cramps/abdominal pain last night and today.
A weird sharp pain in my girly region that comes fast and lasts for about 3 seconds.
Lots of thick discharge but no blood.

I am not nauseus, not tired, just generally kind of blah-zay.

What symptoms have you others who test next week had?

Hey ladies..
well.. the 2ww is the worst part of the whole IVF process.. It was for me anyways!! but.. as for symptoms.. only symptoms I had were cramping on and off.. not lots.. but if I did have a cramp it would be a STRONG cramp.. Then I wouldn't have anything again for a while.. oh and sore boobs but that was from the PIO.. so.. Hang in there! I had no clue..
I took a HPT (cheapie from work) 10dp3dt and I don't recommend it.. I had a big issue with it.. (test said had to be read at 3 min or it was invalid.. i read it at 5 minutes and there were two lines.. tested again.. same thing but 2nd line at 5 minutes.. so i thought it was a negative.. I went in for the blood test the next morning and was so shocked it was positive!!
Hang in there.. Go get those bfp's !!

Hi ladies,

Seeems like we all had trans the same day.....The only other thing diff about my body is my boobs are sore but i would assume that is the PIO injections. cramps seem better today only get 1 sharp one evry few hours i have been up 6 hours its noon here and have had 2 cramps.. I am trying to hold out and not test till friday at RE office it is not easy though. Anyone else thinking of testing early??????/Is it me or are these the LONGEST days of your life...................

These are officially the longest 8 days. It is a long and hard wait where you have nothing better to do than analyze every twinge and ache. My boobs are as sore today so that is making me unsettled, but who knows. Trying to stay positive. I haven't been pregnant in so long and I obviously didn't know that time that I was so early on that who knows what I was feeling then. I will probably take an evil hpt early. I always cave and do it. It helps me for the blood test. I will probably take one on Thursday or Friday morning. I will tell you that they are evil and I have read plenty of cases where they have been wrong, but I have had enough rejection to handle that and still keep some hope in the back of my mind.
The boards are so slow this weekend that it is making it even worse! I at least love to read about others stories so I don't focus on my own so much!

i think i am also on about the same time frame as yall.i got the transfer last wed.and my husband has left for a business trip and i am going thru this alone.very hard.i feel like crap.crampy and my boobs hurt.yesterday i watched some stupid move called 13 going on 30...i cried thru the whole friggin thing.it wasnt even a sad movie!while i was crying i was saying to myself,why are you crying?get it together.oh well.to top it off we moved to germany a year ago and have some friends here but am still fairly alone.hope this process has been easier for yall.sorry but i needed to vent a little.

Ok so its is 3pm here and i want it to be night time so tomm will come and bring me 1 step closer to friday................I spoke with my hubby and i think i am going to do hpt...on thursday...what do you all think????? i had my retrival on jul 27th so the ovidril should be way out of my system by now... I AM GOING NUTS HERE..... cramping still on anf off but other than that nothing feel normal.........I hope this worked and i get a BFP.............I am the only one who feels like im losing my mind here?????

How are you other girls doing? I am not feeling so positive as I have had some spotting since yesterday and my bbs are no longer sore. I am going to call the clinic and see if I can't test a bit earlier to end the wait. The spotting is light and not red, but this is what happens every time! So frustrating!

first of all i have removed word poll for you ...now you should be smiling as i dont listen to anyone...just kidding and i want you to relax....
dont worry at all and be positive......they have put so many hormones in our body during the ivf process.....and eveyone's body reacts diff cos of them......i have read so many posts where women got spotting or heavy bleeding and they got pregnant...i hope your spoting is implantation thing and positive for you.....I know its hard ......cos we all are going through this......n know exactly you feel....take care and god bless!!!

I went through (3) 2WWs; the third was a successful FET. It is hell! But I did have a few symptoms: I did have an elevated temperature which is what happens when you are pregnant, so keep track of your temperature. I also had a tightness in my right side. I took a HPT on day 6 and it was positive.
Make sure you find a HPT test that has a 20 mIU (this detects very early). You can find a list of them on any website with HCG levels such as http://www.fertilityplus.org/faq/hpt.html or simplyivf.com/HPT_HCG_level.html. It also has 2WW symptoms.

I think the HPT are very accurate because my first two IVF cycles, were negative but the third was very clear. But everyone is different so alot of women do not feel much but I did.

To all you women on the 2ww. . . hold out lots of hope!!! I had literally had no symptoms that progesterone didn't give me. My bb's were a little sore but not much and they were that way b4 the et so I had nothing. Then I took a 2 HPT's before my beta and nothing. Even up to the day before my 2ww beta test it was a BFN. I thought it failed and now I am PG with twins!

I also had no symptoms for months. Not one moment of sickness or anything like that. I didn't gain one pound until I was over 4 months and I thought something was wrong but turns out I am having very healthy and growing babies.

So don't give up faith and know that we don't all have symptoms.
