Morning Girls!!

Nickie - excellent idea about the photos - am going to check it out once I have posted. Sorry to hear about your mum, what a git to leave her in the lurch - some people have no morals or sense of shame. I hope you manage to do what you need to help her out, although like you said it must be difficult being so far away. At least she knows you are on the end of the phone and she can talk to you whenever she needs to - that makes all the difference just knowing someone is there. Good luck with the scan today, let me know how it goes. Haven't done much over the hols except chill out, which I'm rather enjoying! I go back on the 3rd which is way too soon, but at least I will only have until March before I will go on maternity leave!!

Lisa - only 4 more days to go before you finish work?!! How exciting is that, and where has the time gone? Don't go overstretching yourself with the housework, the last thing you want is a bad back with a newborn - the housework can wait!!! Thanks - I will ask if I have any worries, although seem ok at the moment!!

Jen - sorry to hear about your MS, hope the tablets are starting to help and you can get back on track for your tmt. Would the tablets muck up the tmt or would you still be able to take them if you really needed to?

Julie - how's you? Had anymore movement from Junior? Bet it feels really weird? Can't wait until its my turn!!

Gail - you made me smile about Katie and her playing football in the garden!! She sounds like such a happy little soul! Not sure if football will be her sport (especially not in goal!!), perhaps she sould stick to swimming?!!

Lucy - hope you are ok

As for me I have had a hectic weekend with my 7yr old step daughter - where do they get the energy from? She was on the go 24 -7!!! The poor cat thought he'd gone to hell and back, being prodded and harrassed all day! She is lovely though and I do have a good relationship with her which definitely makes things easier.

Am starting to relax a bit more about being pregnant, not analysing every twich and pain!! We haven't told anyone yet, we are going to wait until after the first scan before we tell both sets of parents and then we'll wait until after the second scan before we tell friends. Work will find out soon enough, so they can wait a while! Lisa and Julie - did both of you suffer from m/s and if so when did it start to kick in?

Right, I have the house back to myself so I am going to chill out again on the sofa and watch some dodgy daytime TV!!! Catch you all later

OMG I have only got couple of minutes and there has been sooo many posts this weekend.

Nikki - WHAT A FAB IDEA. I got quite giddy looking at the pics and seeing everyone. Well done you. Will add some of mine this week.... Sorry to hear your mum's troubles. Don't work too hard! How scan go??? X

Jen - Pics look fab - the wedding looks great. Hope you are feeling tip top real soon (but don't let on to Adam while he is willing to clean!!!!) x

Gail - Katie looks gorgeous and sooo tiny. Bless her. Nice pick of the bump too. Feel like I look that big myself! lol. I haven't felt any movement since then....I can tell you I won't be complaining when it is kicking the sh*t out of me either!!!

Kate - Hows you? You do need to relax but easier said than done isn't it. I am on my "why haven't I felt it move for a week" paranoia stage....as for sickness I started at week 8 on and of and just at night after tea....it progressed to up to three times a day then including mornings but I put it down to milk so cut all milk out and was fine from week 12. Back on it now and absolutely fine. I cannot even discuss lamb tho or contempalte anything with cooked onion in or am i sick even now. very odd!!

Lis - Hope you are feeling more energetic. I have been terrible this past week. In bed at 7:20 last night. Must be having a growth spurt! Nursery sounds deligtful. We are going to go nuetral (lemon/beige) with not knowing. Can't wait to see your piccies. I have had no more movement and need to get some patience! Enjoy your last week!!! x

Luc - hope you are enjoying the countdown to your jollies. I really need some sun!!!!!!!!! Hope you feel well and work ok x

hey girls

kate good to hear you are etingmore relaxed about being preg...there is really nothing you can do but learn patience eh!!!! Hope that the scan date rolls in quickly and then you can sghow as well as tell family!!!!

My meds are really just to regulate AF and stop them 3 days before AF due...it wont' mess with tmt drugs as no stimming just 'pausing' ( taking progesterone pill) like down regging without full on drugs. Then eostrogen patches to build up womb lining (ie 2nd half of cycle) should all be quite straight forward. x x

much love to everyone else i am still MS'd so laying low with short posts. Slept 3 hrs this afternoon and could quite easily goo back to bed now. Luckily have managed to shift cients for the next week and deffo need to rest. Docs did say that after 6wks of being off my MS tablets to expect a blip or relapse !!!! they got that one right..nkow if i look afetrmyself i will be ok so am off and will catch ya all tomorrow x x x

Just a quickie. I am whacked again Didn't get finished work til after 6 when supposed to finish at 5 and I'm not handling the extra time now. Had sucha busy day but on the plus side ... only 3.5 more days to go. WOOHOO!!

Kate - glad you are beginning to chill a bit. I didn't really have bad m/s. It was the incredible fatigue that did it for me and the feeling of having a permanent hangover withut the good night out before! That started about 7/8 weeks. Went off my food. Nothing except beans and toast tasted ok and creamy potatoes, etc was a no no. Yuk! Hated drinking tea as well and throughout the whole pregnancy have been so thirsty. I drink over 3 litres of water/fluid a day. Enjoy the rest of your hols and just enjoy chilling whilst you can xx

Nicki - thanks for text. Fab news re excellent follies. Glad all went well hun. Its all looking good. Take care and rest up this week xxx

Jen - sorry to hear you are still poorly doll. You will be back on fullstength before you know it. Will have a wee sneaky peak later at your pics you've added xxx

Julie - I got para too about the kicks. 18 weeks is still very early to feel anything so don't worry. Some woman feel nothing til 20-22 weeks so its all normal. I have noticed a big change in the movements now. Its almost like she's pushing me rather than kicking all the time, altho sshe does still kick. I can definitely tell she is running out of room in there. Its like she's wrestling in there. Sometimes I wonder how we'll both cope with another 7 weeks or maybe more!! xx

Gail - think Kate's right. Katie could become a champion swimmer but maybe not a footballer!! xx

Lucy - holiday girl! Hope you've got that vibe now, chillin out in the sun. Lucky thing xx

Well I'm off for a nice bath now. I've started planning things from next week onwards when I'll be a lady of leisure! Have coffee on Monday with a friend, a visit for 2 days from my friend (who lives in Kent) and her 2 kids (4 and 1 yr) on wed-friday. My leaving afternoon tea party is Saturday then dh is off for a week from the next day - Sunday - where we are going to get some last minute time together before the wee Princess arrives. Then at start of Sept my dad and step mum are coming through to visit plus meeting with another friend who I haven't seen for ages that week who is preg and due 2 days before me! Then it'll be middle of Sept and I'll prob be waddling everywhere!

Hello again! I've just been on photo bucket and added a couple of pics for now. It was so great seeing everyone's photos! Everyone is gorgeous!! So glam and so happy looking in all the photos which is what we want! Jen - you look just like I imagined - you actually remind me of a friend of mine and so great to see the wedding pics and 40th pics too. You sooo don't look 40! Kate & Nicki - you are your dh's make such lovely couples and Gail - I feel my bump looks the size yours was at 39.5 wks right now at 33 weeks! Crikey and there's everyone telling me I look "neat" - yeah right! Souris - I imagined you to have a lot darker hair and lovely that you are still keeping in touch. As for me - I will try post some pics later, not sure if I've got any saved on comp, so might have to take some new ones and post them.! Work is mad, I'm soooo busy, the job is going OK. Feels like I've been in it for ages now.. Got my appt through to see consultant, its on 22nd Aug, so we'll see what he has to say, then its my appt with the professor on 11th Sept, after these appts I'll have a better idea of where I stand with things, I know I defiantly want to do another cycle but if they both strongly advise me not to then I suppose I'll have to re-think. My sis is coming to both appts with me as well as DP, but I thought while she's there maybe we could speak with them about what we plan to do next (ED)

Looking forward to my hols, I can't wait - 20 days to go, I so need this holiday. I've also booked to go to my mums for xmas, 19th - 26th, they'll be me, Tony, my sis her husband, her son and Daughter, it will be fab spending xmas together. I just hope I have an extra special xmas this year and am pregnant..!!

Weather is horrible here, where has the sun gone? I think that was our bit of summer done with.!!

Nothing much else to report - need to go lay down on sofa, I'm absolutely knackered - could fall asleep, think an early night is in order - I nearly phoned in sick today, I just couldn't get up, don't know what’s wrong with me lately.

I had 5 follciles on monday, all at 9mm, which is fab considering no drugs this time, and also never ever had that many on other iui's......

sorry it's taken me so long to post....this site is so slow tonight. I am missing location location and gorgeus phil because of it.

ON Photobucket...IT has beeen SO wonderful to see everyone looking so good young and full of fun...So ccol we are THE PHEONIXES...Even the animals are lovely looking...
I know it's full of cats and a dog and only 1 baby at the moment ,but it will soon be full of baby bumps and babies. More phots of baby bumps please lisa, julie & Kate. GAil more lovely photos of beautiful Katie her smile is lovely x x thanks to all of you for the lovely comments abourt me and wedding photos & looking young ( jennifer anniston eat your heart out ta for that Kate) DH is pissed cause i didn't put in a good photo of him looking cool, like all the other DH's. So one of him ( as he said looking more like himself ???)will be posted soon-ish to keep him happy.

Lucy- I am so glad you are sounding more like the old Lucy we all know. think it's really good that sis is coming with you to get an idea of tmt and how a cycle works. If you click onto the egghead thread ( eggdonor site) you can read about rebecca who is using her sis eggs for tmt. Gail how's your busy mum life going??? Swimming still good? I saw on tv yesterday a programme on babies ( forgotten the name of the programme and company) but they do photos of babies UNDERWATER. Amazing shots of these under 2 year olds that are swimming undewater smiling. I cried for total joy at there wee faces lovely. have you or anyone heard of it???

Nicki- I am so pleased for you when is the next scan??? and apporx lh surge ??? is it the day after that you get iui??? How are you feeling in yoourself today? x x

Was back at work today so am knacked..had a sleep for 2 hours until DH came in made diinner and brought it up to me in bed Came down and ate it tho and although still tired all the time managed today okay. Have only 2 clients tomorrow so a 4 hrs day
