occlusive dressing substitute needed

Post by Kim&Ed »

I got Emla to help with the progesterone injection, but it did not come with occlusive dressings. What can use to keep it on my skin for 40 minutes. Those dressings are pricey!

Thanks you guys.

I have to do this tonight so please help asap.

I use a sandwich baggy tucked into my pants waistline. It works great & super cheap. If you're worried about it moving too much use a little tape on the corners. I did that at first & then figured out I don't need to. The baggy stays in place.
Be sure to keep on the cream for 45 min to an hour.
