Hi ladies~ YEA - now I can attempt to keep up with everyone. Sorry I have been MIA - The trial I am on is pretty emotionally exhausting - so I haven't gotten online.

Ingrid - I had an ectopic pregnancy last year. They did a HSG in Aug of last yr and it came back with both tubes open, but they are still doing IVF -without removing my tube. I hope you will be OK without surgery. Keep us informed.

Well...Saturday I get my meds! I am so excited. I am not starting them until the 7th - but just knowing I have them brings me one step closer. I read somewhere else that some ladies put all of the meds on a table and took pics for a baby book. I think I will do that too.

I am also very excited to learn that most of us a pretty close with our cycle dates. Which means we might be experiencing things together.

It's our time ladies! I hope all of us get BFPs soon!

Donnell - Great to see you back sorry the trial is tough but i suppose every day is a day nearer.

Crystal - Praying for you and all those follies good luck and i am sure you will be the first with BFP

As for me well tuesday i went to the horse racing and had a gorgeous silk dress on and a hat that kept falling over my eyes and drank loads of champagne which hopefully i wont be doing again for a while but it was great fun while it lasted and as i had never been before it was great fun and i came out with more cash than i put on the horses so i was up which is always a good thing

How is everyone else??

Going back to getting healthy follies see we have not had much response on this one i wish i could help but sadly all i can say is drink lots of water and eat healthy, don't drink, don't smoke and live like a nun. Anyone else got any ideas??

the drag is really getting to me now as i wont get the drugs till about 2 days before i start so i'm into pulling my hair out over here. But its a bank holiday weekend and i am off to Scotland with one of my friends so hopefully the weekend will pass really quick and i am a few more days closer.

So how is everyone doing??

Donnell - Are your dates pushed back as well? For some reason, I thought so. If so, what are your new retreival dates? Are they the same as mine? I hope this trial is taking your mind off this whole process - I wouldn't know as I have never served. Try to take it easy. I am anxiously awaiting my meds (Monday), starting accupuncture this Sunday. I too hope this one goes well. I love the med picture idea. I have also read about keeping a journal and later letting others and family read it if we decide on letting them know.

Rachel - The horseraces sounded like a blast! You painted a perfect picture with silk dress and all - made me want to be there (champagne)! I too, agree on the nun thing!

Archana - Good for you! I wish I had enough energy! I start accupuncture on Sunday and am looking into a fertility yoga class near my work (maybe during lunch). By the time I come home from work, cook, clean, do errands... there is no time left. I may also be suffering from a touch of lazyitis. Speaking of eating right, there are books out there that talk about eating right for your blood type. For example, I am A- and I should NOT eat tomatoes - I eat at least 1 per day if not more - LOVE THEM!!! Also, no red meat or chicken... who's gonna live without a filet? Not me! Exept during the month of September! Don't want any abnormal blood reactions. How's the Lupride?

Crystal - When are you starting your Lupron? Have you already?
Wishful - Looks like you will be the first - I think... I am soooo excited for you! My DH will also be doing all my shots - I too am not a shot person (unless it is vodka shot!!!)LOL. I will have a nurse friend of mine giving me the Progesterone while my DH is out of town for business. She did IVF also - 2 gorgeous dark haired daughters!

Albany07 - I'm should be starting Lupron on Sep 8. Mine will be a 5-week protocol. Do not know what to expect and hopefully the injections will be fine.....

Rachel, Sonu911 - I'm not the first in line. I think Donnell and Ingrid are ahead on this journey.

Nevertheless, let's go through this hand-in-hand and together we'll have BFP at the end of this journey!!!

I am Donna. I am starting another Fresh Cycle, at a new clinic! We are expected to start cycling the mid of september! I hope with a new clinic we will have better chances. They are going to transfer more embryo's to increase our chances as well.

Just thought of sharing the following with all my buddies-

Negative Thoughts-What could you do about it? Is there a door to shut out these thoughts? They come and go. Fighting these thoughts or digging into them would land you in depression. Get going with your work and help others. All things will fall in place. No matter what your thoughts are, when the time comes, YOU WILL SUCCEED!!
So ladies, our time is here, right here, there's no time for negative thought..BFP coming very soon for all of us here!!
I am doing just fine with Lupride. Ended with BC today, will get AF in couple of days and then begins the crucial time.

I am here in India with just one mission in my mind...to achieve motherhood, I have left my job in Bahrain to be here (I am a teacher). And this means I have all the time in the world, so guess what I do...I drive down to my clinic and take shots there. Most of the people there, have become my friends, they all are just wonderful!! (Its been six months since I have been going there)

Ingrid PMA is Positive Mental Attitude and we all need it badly at this juncture. I haven't tried with acu, but regularly doing some stretches and yoga, also drinking plenty of water. Does any one of you think doing some sessions of acu will help at this stage??

Rachel Thanks for the advice!! I think thats the basic and we all should follow it. oH YES!! Must have been fun making those extra yet imp bucks.

Crystal Sorry I got confused, but nevertheless you will have our experiences to learn from!! Must be with BC at the moment.

Hi ladies~ I am struggling with keeping up with the MB - but I promise I am working on it.

Ingrid~ so far my cycle plan hasn't changed. Last day of BCP is still 9/2 with baseline U/S on 9/4 and start injections on 9/7 - with estimated retrieval date 9/17-9/21. I get my meds tomorrow!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited. One step closer.

Hello! I hope everyone's weekend was relaxing and fun! I experienced my first Accupuncture session on Sunday afternoon. It was fabulous!

Archana - this was recommended to me by someone who is going through IVF at my clinic. There is also a study currently in the works at a major university hospital on IVF and accupuncture. I had a chance to be included, but opted not to be in the study as the possiblity of being a "control" subject existed. Getting pricked for no reason is not for me. Looks like you are second to announce BFP, right?

Donnell- Sorry! Will you be taking Lupron? My meds come in the mail today! I am sooooo excited!

BTW, the accupuncture is great in preparation to getting stuck by needles. Try some in your head, 3 on your forehead, one in each arm and leg and 2 each on each foot! Ohh,,, I forgot 3 in your abdomen! It was actually quite relaxing - You are forced to!!!!!!!!! LOL.
