I will continue to follow you all. I think it is so great![/img]

Hey Iamjus4u!!

Count again dear... you tested SIX!!! days pt... If you're going to drive yourself crazy you should at least consider doing it on the right days (though with some of us the right day is ONLY bw test day) :P :P :P

OK, OK so my #'s are the same size as yours WC BUT we'll just wait and see what happens tomorrow... BTW DOUBLING can occur every 2 to 3 days so... I guess it all depends on the person. But you can pick on me anytime... I can take it 8)

Vlada... my prog # is 23 and est #478 last I asked (last week) but since I am on the same amounts I assume my #'s are still pretty close to those. Your doctor is on top of it like WC said so not to worry...

OK, so how is everyone FEELING??? Emotionally?? Physically?? I am once again nervous about #'s for tomorrow (the Beta). I need to hear about a viable pregnancy!!!

Baby dust to all!!!

Love,
Cocoa

Hey Vlada... well, that's just the start of the bumpy ride!!! Kids are NEVER a smooth ride!! Remember all the grief you gave your mom??? Well, like WC would say "thanks for helping me remember karma" 8)

You will be just fine... so the doc ups your hormones a bit - so what?? That's all that will happen and you can't have too much. I respond so well to hormones that I am probably on the smallest doses out of everyone on this board .4 delestrogen 2x week and 1cc PIO every night. That's it...

Right now I feeling a lot of nothing too, just my bbs getting a little more sensitive on the outsides. No more pink or anything. I broke down and bought "What to Expect..." today. Weird... I still feel like I am in the twilight zone - do you?

Hey Vlada where is your PMA of course you will make it to week 12 or 13 like everyone says the hard part is over your little guy stuck the doc will have no problem altering you meds for hormone levels-

Town good luck with you test tomorrow sounds like your numbers are fine there should be no worries.

I am not sure what my levels are but now i'm worried because I only take 1CC of PIO a night nothing else :? but I am sure the doc will make any changes needed

Good luck everyone and Lots of Sticky Baby Dust!!!!!!!!!!

Aliann- So you are in UT? I did my IVF in Sandy UT at the RCC. Any chance you went there too? They only have me on 1 cc of PIO a day as well, and nothing else. They told me that they wanted my prog level to be between 35-135. I wonder why they would want 35 versus other RE's want above 20. I guess we all just need to trust our docs. But I would say as long as you fall above the 20, then there would be nothing to worry about.

Cocoa, the only thing I am feeling out of the ordinary right now are the bumps and bruises on my hips from the PIO shots. The first week or so, I really got no side effects from them. But now, my hips are sore! But I say bring it on!!! Sucks though it may, it is completely worth it!

Anyone else have a hard time believing that their BFP is real? I went out to dinner last night and a girlfriend ordered a drink. I asked her how it was and thought about tasting it.... Then I was like "Oh, what was I thinking, I can't do that anymore!"

Baby dust +++++++

Ali --- based on my results.........it appears that perhaps my doc SHOULD have had me wait til sat/sun for my beta!!!!!! i know you're going crazy about it --- but i don't know what's worse, "kinda" knowing (not really) or not knowing ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and you did 3dt on the 12th --- right???? that's what i did....thought we were the same but now can't remember!!!

Heidi, I am going to the UofU but it sounds like they may have similar protocols for PIO I think that alot of it has to do with the individual. I don't test until tomorrow so I have no idea what my levels are, but I have responded well to all the meds so far. I noticed that during the 2ww a lot of women had to go to the Dr. and get BW and US I haven't been once since my transfer. All of these clinic are so different congrats looks like you got your BFP!!!

Vlada make sure you post as soon as you get those number today!

I gave in and did a HPT. It's positive! Blood test is tomorrow. For everyone else that needs encouragement.

1. This is my fourth IVF
2. This is the first IVF after both of my tubes were severed due to hyposalphinx
3. I had two grade 1 8 cell embryos implanted
4. I felt very crampy like I was going to start my period. This started on day 6 after the transfer and is still the case.
5. No spotting
6. a little hot flashy (barely)
7. No morning sickness
8 No breast tenderness.
9. Little elevated temperature. ( I checked this yesterday after reading this could be a symtom.

Good luck to everyone and I hope this offers encouragement.

ICSI, yes I did a 3dt on the 12th, they are weird if you are fresh and 5dt you test in 12 if you are frozen then 14 if you are fresh and 3dt you test 14d I don't know but I think they must know what is going on. They are suppose to be a really good clinic! I think that your beta will climb you shouldn't have a problem. What day do you get to retest?

Congrats Kipatte! Keep us posted on your beta numbers.

Greetings from yes, the twilight zone as well, Cocoa!

I'll have to catch up on this board...how great! So many messages...
Alliann. Oh my god, I hope the bloating goes down, the nurse's questions are so odd! good luck (unless I'm getting everyone mixed up, and sorry if I am).

VLADA good luck today...I'm sure they'll pump up the meds and you'll be FINE. Your'e PREGNANT and that's the joy! ISCI good luck...and the rest, more particulars later.

OK ladies who scored a BFP: I too am curious, how are you feeling? I hear nausea could start wks 4-6...but I do believe that's GESTATIONAL. We're lucky, we IVF ladies, cuz we actually have a real conception date

My belly popped out yet again, and I swear I felt it all night long doing the pop pop pop "YOu have to go to Pea in a Pod soon!" ...geesh...if it really is twins? Really tough time hiding it.

OK, also, I read amnios are tough with twins cuz it's hard to get a sampling from both sacs..so I need to learn more re: the other tests...but I hate the invasive ones, but we do want to know if there is a horrid genetic disease or something awful in the embies/fetuses, so we know what we are dealing with ... fortunately, I hear with donor eggs most often that's not the problem...I'm sure these kiddos are fine   .

GOOD LUCK

Hey WC...

Now I really AM in the twilight zone... I went to the mall this morning with my son (who will be 14 in Oct) to get some school clothes which is no small task with him. He has asperger's autism, is exceedingly intelligent, handsome too 8) , and talks non-stop... It will be his first year in public school and I need for him to at least "look" a little "cool" since he is a little odd and he's a little more immature than other kids his age. I am excited for his transformation. He is going to be just fine as he has learned to cope and adjust (asperger's is really only about social skill difficulties with maybe anxiety thrown in). Anyway, I was sooooo dizzy and I got soooo hungry both feelings unlike anything I have ever felt before that I just couldn't take it anymore and had to come home to lie down. I guess my body is adjusting.

BTW, did you do donor egg? That's interesting cause so did I... We should talk... Still I won't do amnio or anything like that because they can find out anything through bloods and or u/s and I wouldn't abort regardless so it wouldn't matter if/when...

I went in for my second beta today so we'll see where I stand. It's almost time for the call.... I'm nervous AGAIN!!!!

Baby Dust to all,

Oh, Cocoa! Sorry you got dizzy and had to go home to lie down...the only time I felt ill? This past Mon., I didn't eat any breakfast and was driving 1.5 hours home...felt awful, stopped at McDonald's...now, I NEVER eat fast food, I hate it...and I think it made me ill...but an empty stomach set me up for the day and I was so seasick! ick. Nothing like that since.

Here's hoping you feel well.

re: Aspberger's...I think my nephew has it, the teachers and a doctor said he did but my brother is in denial. Poor kid, if he got help he'd adjust better...
Pick up the recent New Yorker, there's a moving essay by the Washington Post's music critic (age 52) about his Asp., and how he was not diagnosed until age 46...it's moving, insightful, at times makes you feel lonely to read what he went through as a kid. He describes having A as living a parralell (sp) life to others!
GOOD LUCK
I hear you re: the test results...I am hoping we just do a nuchal fold or something test, I don't want an amnio cuz if it is 2 sacs it'll be tough to do right.
