Hey everyone,

Hope you're all doing ok and bumps are all coming along nicely. i had a lovely week in the Wye Valley - chilled out with DH and doggies and managed to suddenly outgrow all my bras!! Fantastic - i've always wanted bigger boobs! Went to john lewis to get measured yesterday and she started of with a D - i was so excited i was hopping around the dressing room! we settled on a C - didn't realise you shouldn't wear underwires though.

Nice to be home though, even if it did go too quickly. Dogs are happy to be back but missing the cows,

Take care everyone,
Much love, Lizzy xxx

34F - Fantastic!!! I'm just glad i've got a cleavage at last. i keep looking at them - i think DH thinks i'm nuts.

Going to doc tomorrow - have given up with the Predenemas, i've got it at the top and bottom end, so i guess it's the top bit giving me gip. So i'll be joining you on the steroids - i'm just hoping the doc will give them to me but i know she won't, I'll have to wait to see gastro man. Oh well - he did say to come back and see him when i got pg as he likes to see ladies bloom!!! OMG - that was years ago!

Good to hear you're starting to get there with the uc - last time i had steroids it was 3-4 weeks before they kicked in but they really worked welll.

My scan is on 29th August, so not long now - can't belive how quickly it's going but looking forward to seeing bubs again. i get a bit worried as my bump isn't very noticable yet - hows your's Tracey? I don't even really know how big it should be although i guess we're all diferent, (lady in John lewis thought i was much earlier on)

Have replied on your other thread as well cos hearing babys heartbeat is so fab it deserves its own thread,

Take care and keep well,
Much love, Lizzy xxx
I am so glad you had a nice holiday it does you good to have the break I don't have long to wait for my hols now going to Isle of Wight for a week which should be a nice break.

I had to go to Marks & Spencers too the weekend because I needed measuring I could of fell through the floor, I was a 36C and now I am a 40C omg!! I always wear underwired bra's but they said that I couldn't have one being pregnant and that she was quite surprised my midwife didn't tell me this. I am now in a lovely comfy bra which I love.

Love
Shell.
xx
Hi Liz

Glad you had a nice relaxing holiday - welcome back! Your body obviously likes all the fresh air and exercise - what a growth spurt you've had!!

take care and enjoy!

Helen xx
Lizzy

wouldn't worry about bump too much - mine is ok - she measured me yeserday and was 17cm to top of fundus which is spot on for 17 weeks - said should be around a cm a week - I was 16.5. Some don't show at all - sure you're fine - sorry about the steroids -best to get sorted though. PG does funny things to our insides doesn't it! I am on 25mg this week and decrease by 5mg a week. Still bit dodgy but marked improvement so I am glad. Glad you have a cleavage - make the most of it with some flattering tops!
Take care and look after yourself
Love
Tracey
xxx

Went to docs today - she said everything with pg is fine and will make me an appt with gastro man. What on earth is a Fundus!!!

Shell - i've also got comfy bras now, in fact i've binned all my girly underwired ones. Sod lingerie - it's comfort all the way now! Have a lovely time in the isle of Wight - when are you going? There's a big scooter rally in Ryde over the bank holiday weekend - i used to go every year but i figured a rattly old Lambretta wasn't the best idea at the moment!! Have fun and chill out for the week.

Look after yourselves everyone,
Lizzyxxxx
Lizzy

you do make me smile! A fundus is the top of the uterus - the measure from the pubic bone to the top of the fundus - ie bump/uterus - is that what you had only she didn't mention it is called a Fundus?
Hope gastro man sorts you out - ooo er.
And well done on the non-underwired shell - I have been in nice support ones since week 8 - bliss!
Love
Tracey
xxx
