strong nausea - just hormones?

strong nausea - just hormones?
Just wondered if anyone has experienced strong feelings of nausea before a BFP. I'm 3 days away from my test date and have never had this before with the last two times, just queasiness. Am also having stabbing headaches that just last a moment, then go away again and generally feeling, well, yuk! I also have like a salty taste in my mouth. Do you reckon there is any hope?

2007-08: 2 IVFs, 4 FETs: all BFNs
approved for adoption
2009: IVF 3 - BFP!

well from what I have read and with talking to others that could be the hormones (the progesterone - prometrum does give that effect) but so can pregnancy.
