Ronnie,

I took off a day before the egg retrieval because I was starting to feel uncomfortable, and then the day of the embyro transfer and the day after so I could lay around and relax. I gave myself 2 days to relax, the day of the transfer, and the day after, because most Dr.s recommend some bed rest and relaxation. Rent yourself some movies and if you like to read, get some books at the library to keep you busy and your mind occupied. I was lucky enough my EC fell on a Friday and my ET the following Monday, so I only took off Fri, Mon-Tues.

And think positive the days following the transfer. :D :D Something I heard that I really enjoyed was "Pregnant until Proven Otherwise" - or PUPO). So after the embryo transfer, you are pregnant! Believe it, be confident in it, and sometimes mind over matter helps over everything else. :P

Here's wishing you the BEST OF LUCK and sending STICKY VIBES your way!!
