My history in brief. I had blocked tubes and assume from your question you do????

We had 6 fail ivf after tubal surgery. Then I had my tubes removed ( apparently they can leak toxins into the womb and create a hostile environment and the embie doesn't attach).

Then our 7th ivf unfortunately and for no apparent reason the eggs didn't even fertilise ( this was new as I had all those others with great eggs, even got 3 other ladies pregnant by giving them my eggs).

Then on our 8th go we did ICSI and we have just got a BFP. I don't know if was having my tubes removed that did it or the icsi or both.

Just remember there are usually other options.
