Hello,
I am just looking for some success stories here. I am currently 6.5 weeks and i had a horrible bleed on Sunday, ended up in ER but HB was still there. My fertility doc checked me the next day and confirmed the HB as well and ordered a strict bedrest for me. I am bleeding again today, not as much, but it is still there. I am going to my doc again tomorrow, very scared. So has anyone been in the same situation and carried to full term and or had a healthy baby.
Thank you so much,
Vlada
I had bleeding during both my IVF pregnanacies, the first resulted in a MC, but I never had a HB detection in that pregnanacy. I am currently 19.5 weeks preg and have had bleeding (heavy) twice durning this one, after intercourse once and another time just random. Some people bleed all the way through their preg though, so I'm sure you'll get a lot of reassuring posts. Stay positve and confident....good thoughts only. The DR would have identified any real problems.

My bleeds started at 9 weeks and haven't had anymore after 15 weeks. They were huge, red gushing and 3 trips to the ER. Diagnosed with subchorionic bleeds and placed on pelvic rest for last 9 weeks. I go next week for my almost 20 week u/s and sexing! I have twins. First preggers.
I have read alot on this topic and a vast majority of preggers go on to be successful, esp if bleeding stops by 20 weeks.
Thank you so much for your posts, it definitely gives me hope. I had my doc appotiment today and the hb is still there, but there is just so much bllood around the sack, so i am on a very strict bed rest, i am praying for the best though.
Vlada.
Justine,
I am very sorry you had to go through all that, but you had a healthy baby, so i guess you are right, you can bleed and still have a baby. Thank you so much for yoru reply. I will stay positive.

I am pregnant with triplets and around 12 weeks I started bleeding in the mornings. They confirmed it was because baby A who is lowest and nearest to my cervix her placenta was right on top of my cervix, Placenta Previa and it was causing me to bleed. But the bleeding stopped so I didn't have to go on total bed rest.
My sis-in-law also bleed early in her pregnancy, they thought she would miscarry due to a blood clot in her uterus but once she got into her 2nd trimester she was fine and now has a crazy 2 year old boy!
Best thing you can do is not stress and rest as much as you can.
