I am with you when you say you will not tell anyone next time. I am tired of people comments, as well as people that don't know how to keep their mouths shut and spreading the news to everyone.

I am so happy about your transfer! I have heard some good things about assisted hatching. I am praying for you. Now take care of yourself for the next few days.

Hi girls. Thanks for the warm welcome. Sadly my cycle was cancelled today. I knew it was going to be. I just wasn't responding to the drugs at all. Here I am at day 8 and I had only 1 follie and low estrogen. Amazing how I could be on such a high dose of stims and nothing happens! But I guess better to be cancelled now then go through the whole thing for nothing. I hope to be able to try again when my next period starts. I am beyond frustrated though, I'll tell you. Best wishes to you all! I'm still going to lurk around and read your stories if you don't mind. :)

I am glad that you are back with us, but sorry it is under those circumstances. Keep us posted on your cycle!

Carolyn
Haha..I am the same way. I just got out of the shower so that I could shave today and not have to early in the a.m. before my ET tomorrow morning. Although I started thinking to myself, I wonder if I need to shave again in the morning..LOL. And I find myself cleaning and re-cleaning my house. I want it so perfectly clean for when I come home with my babies on board! Oh, and I bought myself some flowers today too

Update
I go in tomorrow morning at 8:30 for the Transfer. I can't wait. It is funny that today is my last day of "being without child(ren)" :P It sounds weird saying that ...but it is true. It makes me smile

Is anyone else doing a Transfer tomorrow too? We need another list of the status of everyone again..I keep forgetting where everyone is in the cycle..LOL. I am so ready to start hearing about our BFPs!!

Keep up the PMA girlies!!!

Hello ladies-

I've been reading the posts everyday but I haven't posted for a few days. I guess because there's not really any update, I'm in the dreaded 2ww. I'm 7dp5dt (ha, is that right? 7 days passed 5 day transfer?) I'm really trying to avoid the HPT tests, I think mainly because I'm scared of the results. I am having no symptoms but keep telling myself that it's really early on- Dexter how are you feeling?

Kelley77- Congrats on your ET. It was smooth for me too. Just remember to take it easy for a couple of days. Make your DH pamper you!

rockrat71- I'm so sorry your cycle was cancelled. Are they changing your protocal for next time so that your body responds better?

wishfull27- Sending you lots of wishes for tomorrow. Will be anxious to hear of those beautiful embbies.

Christin- Good luck with your transfer tomorrow!! How many are you putting back in?

Kelly - We are transferring two!!! You know, I think that if the doctor said he thought three would be a good idea, I would do three ..LOL. But we are at least doing 2, and I don't forsee the doctor offering to do 3.

Please stay clear of the HPT! You don't want it to cause any added stress in your life right now. Only a few more days to go. i went out and bought the Season 3 of Greys Anatomy today. That is going to be my "time-passer" after tomorrow. So if there is a series of something that you missed, or wanted to start watching, go out and by the DVD. That will certainly keep your mind off of IVF.

rockrat71 PLease try your best to stay positive. VERY IMPORTANT thing to do. Has your clinic developed a protocol for you yet? Does it look different from last time?

Christin Good luck tomorrow for your ET!!! Wishing you all the best. You know my clinic also tests for beta 10 day post ET as opposed to 14 days. Not sure what the rationale is. But hey, I am not complaining at all. Less of a wait for me. My test is next Wed on 09/19.

KelleyI am glad your ET went smoothly too. My full-bladder also caused me a lot of grief; but hey, it is needed to do the job. Take the next few days easy.

wishfull Best of luck tomorrow. Get a good rest tonight and give us an update tomorrow about how your ER goes.

sonu911 You too! Good luck tomorrow! I am sure you will bring us good news. Will pray for you dear.

Carolyn You are having your ET tomorrow too, right? Wow! Looks like tomorrow is a gigantic day for a lot of you. Way to go!

Keisha Missing you gal. How are you doing?

Dexter And you? Where have you been?

Update-well, today is my first day back at work since ET two days ago. I have to constantly remind myself to not lift or push or pull anything that's more than 10 lbs. At the same time, it always makes me wonder how does 10 lbs feel like??? I am also feeling very tired...am pretty sure that it's from the progesterone, making me sleepy. I am feeling better with the shots, by the way. DH and I just need to make sure that we massage the area over 20 minutes after injection to help dissipate the oil. I do feel pain still, but it's more manageable.

Have a good one!

Hi ladies,

I'm still here!! The count down is on now. Still haven't taken a HPT but quite honestly, I hate these progesterone pessaries so much that I want to stop using them asap and the only way to do that would be to POAS  Just can't this time though. I think because everything went so well, if I get another -ve, I will seriously lose hope. Oh well, life goes on...PMA PMA

Good luck for everyone's ET's...at least I can keep lurking after my beta on Monday and read everyone's progress.

Kelly - I aint feelin a damn thing except the usual progesterone swollen, sore BBs. AF pains usually come on day or night before AF rears which would technically be Sat - 2 weeks after EC. You got anythin? The Crinone gel always makes my bust increase by 2 sizes (agh) and makes them unbearable to the touch. Thought I felt a twinge in bed last night, but never know if it's my embie or just gas ..ha!! Usually gas

I made the mistake of telling my Mum about our IVF as she asked me on the phone last week when we were trying again and I couldn't lie to her. It has been nice to share the little excitements along the way with her but I can feel the anxiety in her voice as D Day approaches. She just gets so upset for us and now I wish I hadn't told her. I hate having to put on a brave face and tell her it didn't work. We were all overseas together when I found out I was pg naturally and when I POAS after AF being 5 days late, I woke Mum & Dad up at 5am waving the stick around shouting they were going to be grandparents. We all cried and I jumped into bed with Mum. She said she'd never seen me happier. 5 days later, all over. DH says he never wants to know if we're pg ever again unless it's for certain. Twice now I've told him he was going to be a Daddy. God it was a let down. I'm crying now.

This gets really hard for me the closer I get to AF. I felt cranky yesterday which is my usual tell-tale sign of pre-menstrual symptoms. Sharp and short with everyone and no tolerance. I'm really scared this time round. Need to focus on my bday next week and have a positive plan in case things don't work out, so there's still something to look fwd to. For me, it's birthday cocktails with friends.

Love to you all ladies. Thanks for listening to me fall apart.

Good Morning ladies,

Dexter - I feel like such a butt once I read your post directly above mine this morning. Just too pooped last night to type anything but that small blurp. You are a strong lady and we will be blessed with our BFP! Your mother sounds strong as well. You know moms will always feel exactly how we are feeling. They are here to keep us strong and we are always trying to protect them. I envy you as my mom is gone. So, I know that your loss is a terrible thing but I'm sure she wants to be there to support you regardless. I'm sending tons of baby dust to you!!!

Wishfull27 - Last time I was cancelled because I didn't respond well to the meds...I stimmed for, I beleive 16 days! Good luck on EC! :D

Lala - Congrats on your ET....2 beautiful embies! I'm sure they are snuggling in for the long ride :D !

Christin - Oh gosh your transfer is today!! :D :D I'm sure everything will go well.....rest up and drink up!! :D Wow, everyone is at that stage, huh? I feel like a very slow old lady but at least I'm in the race!

rockrat - Sweetie I'm sorry your cycle was cancelled. I'm sure they will play with the meds and come up with the right cocktail. I hope my new cocktail works for me or back to the drawing board I go.

Baby dust and well wishes to everyone!!

Hey all-

5 days and counting.....until test day!

sonu911-Congrats on your 15 eggs. That's an awesome number! I can't wait to hear your fertilised number.

hellokitty- Welcome back!!! I'm glad they were able to mix up a different cocktail for you and you're back in the game. We missed you!

wishfull27- Good luck with ER today!! I know we'll be hearing great numbers from you.

Dexter- I'm glad you're not feeling ANYTHING either. I've been so worried but I know that it's still really early on. I've never wished so much for nasuea or some sign in my life. I'm scared to death to do an HPT test as I'm sure it will jinx it. I don't have any at home and as long as I don't buy any I think I'll be able to hold out. You say AF is expected 2 weeks from ER? That would be this Friday for me. I don't have any signs of AF coming (I usually spot for a couple of days before I start) but I also know that progestrone can make your cycle longer. It's funny that you mention gas because I was telling someone just the other day that I only feel a little more gas-y than usual. This is our first IVF cycle and so we've told our families and a few close friends but I've told little lies to about everybody else. Keep positive, it's good to hear from you and know that you are going through the exact same thing/ feelings etc. I have good feelings about you getting a BFP!!!

Lala-- My clinic is testing 12 days after 5 day transfer. I think it would be 14 days if we did 3 day transfer though. We're only 1 week away now! Awesome. I'm glad the progestrone shots are getting easier for you. I agree that massaging it helps.

Christin- Thanks for the advice about keeping busy during these times and sayting away from HPT's. My husband is out of town until Friday of this week and if I can just make it a few more days without doing an HPT I think I'll be in the clear. We'll plan lots of fun things this weekend to keep my mind off of things. I'm hoping AF stays clear too, so far so good though.

Love you all

Hi guys

Just a quick post ER went well but unfortunatley there was nothing else lurking in there that they did not see on the scan, so can't compete with Sonus amazing numbers - we just got 3 but doc said all good quality and of a very good size :D :D :D

Just got to wait till tom pm now for news on the fertilisation - everything is crossed believe me - with smaller numbners I know our chances are less but we all only need one for those BFP's

Will update more tom
