Hi everyone!

I've not been able to connect for so long now and looking on the message boards there are so many new faces!

I don't know if anyone remembers me but I pg with twins 23 wks and 5 days.

Got married in July and had a truly brilliant day! Didn't go on honeymoon but a few weeks ago we went to Disneyland Paris, with family - excellent fun even though I couldn't go on anything!!!!!

So How is every one, Tracey S, Sarah, Bubbleymichelle, Helen G, Mags fill me in and let me know the gossip.

Take care
Emma
Emma

how exciting - you are back - always thinking about you - really should do some work! Have posted on the Helen getting married thread.
Well I will let everyone else fill you in on their gossip.
Me am 19 weeks today and have the big scan on Monday. Had all the panick over my colitis flaring up at 13 weeks so they put me back on steroids for 8 weeks - will probably give birth to Arnie now! actually the steroids only cause big babies in the long term they think - we will see on monday. I have 2.5 more weeks of steroids but took 4 weeks to clear up my colitis. At least the colitis is better and better to have it sorted than not as can cause pelvic inflammation and then miscarriage.
HEard baby's heart beat for the first time at just over 16 weeks - how exciting - baby was shifting around she had to try and pin it down. Great to hear though especially after the flap with the steroids etc as they never did check it. Get so many flutterings now - its's like an alien alert - most weird like popcorn or that space dust I had as a kid! We are going to ask the sex if they can tell.
Have started buying clothes etc - got to be done emma and are going to look at prams this weekend - where are you with all that?
Great to have you back MRS!!!!!!
Love
Tracey
xxx

Hi Emma - hope your wedding was wonderful and its nice to have you back. Me, I'm waiting til next wednesday 10th for my 12 week scan and I will be so excited if they can tell us whether it's a girl or a boy. Everything going OK for us - I still find it amazing that I'm pregnant after all this time - I just still feel so fortunate and its heartbreaking for the girls who keep getting negatives - you just feel so helpless.

You will be able to go back to Disneyland with your little ones one day I'm sure, and go on EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!

Lots of Love - Jo. XXXXX
Hi All,

Its great to hear from you all!

Tracey - shopping, I haven't bought anything apart from what I need, My milk has been leaking for the last 3 weeks so I've had to buy breast pads in colours I hasten to add and cream. My bra size has gone up to 42dd, but think thats coz I tumble dry my others and they shrink, my excuse anyway. I think I'm being quite nervous about buying things just want to wait a while longer.

Shell - great nearly 20 wks. I can remember my scan seeing both the babies was amazing, DH, my mum, his mum in the room it was cramped but a moving experience for them. They have confirmed the sex of twin one being a boy and think twin 2 is a girl but wont confrim! I have another scan on the 3rd October when I'll be 28wks. Am suffering quite a bit, uncomfortable, swelling and not sleeping but when they move around it is all worth it!

Jo - excellent, nearly at the milestone. You think that its great reaching the 12 wk stage but then you think about the moving and can't wait for that. Good luck for next week!!

LOL

Emma
x

Congratulations again to you!

How exciting to be having a boy and a girl - you must be desperate for the next scan to have it confirmed now!! I'm definitely having 2 boys - they let it all hang out several times for all to see now!!

I hope you're doing OK and not suffering too much yet! Great to have you back.

LOL Helen xx
