Hey All....A very big hello to all!!

Glad to see Christin in such a upbeat mood. I am sending lots and lots of sticky baby dust your way. Because of different time zone, it will be midnight when I will know your result...I know I will check at night only....can't wait till morning. :D Enjoy your day and sleep well at night!!

Lala How are you, honey? My all the best wishes with lots and lots of sticky babydust are with you.

Kelly How is it after BFP? must be on cloud 9...You deserve every bit of it. I am so happy for you and ur DH...

KeishaWhat a comeback, honey!! Amazing follie count, I am sure you will have excellent number of eggs and then fertilized embies. Just keep your PMA this way...I am so happy for you.

CarolynIts my 5th day after ET. Although I am feeling good and relaxed but little anxious about the changes in my body-1) lot of rashes on my face 2) untimely bowel movement, and its difficult :( ;3) back pain; 4) can't sit for a long time...I feel like lying down; 5) feel hungry every hour...but can't eat much. I have read that most of us have the same symptoms...so I am a bit okay.

Hope Dex is feeling better now, she is always in my mind.

Sonu
Please let your doctors know about these sympthoms. The rash may be an allergic reaction to the meds. Also, I have heard someone explain OHSS as feeling like iritatible bowel syndrome. Please monitor. After the transfer it seems like ppl are more likely to suffer from OHSS. I don't have experience with it, so don't have much to add, but want you to be safe and careful. Don't take sympthoms lightly. We love you too much to watch you get sick. Keep drinking to stay hydrated, and hang in there.

Kelley
How are you holding up? This is dpt6 for you right? Only a few more days...the 27th right?

Hello ladies-

Lala and Christin- I think all these symptoms you are having are only GOOD NEWS and you are going to get your BFP tomorrow. I can't wait to hear the news. I still don't feel like I'm having a lot of pregnancy symptoms except bb's still a little swollen and now that I know I'm pregnant I feel like I'm peeing more but could that just be psycological? LOL

Keisha- What a great follie count! Congratulations babe, keep it up. And of course you can stay on this thread, we all want to hear when you get your BFP.

sonu911- I read up on early pregnancy signs and the symptoms you are having are very similar so I think this is GOOD news for you too. I think this thread is a lucky one.

carolyn - Good job on staying away from those HPT's! Even though I got a positive when I took mine I was still SOOOOO nervous that it wasn't true. The Dr is really the conclusive result! Good luck to you.

Dexter- I'm still thinking of you and hope you're doing well. Big hugs!!

Thank you all for the congratulations and the support you've given me. It's more appreciated than you know. Yesterday my DH kept saying "can you believe you're pregnant?" I still can't believe it. We told our parents and close friends who all know about the IVF cycle. I'm holding out to announce it to everyone until I'm a little bit further along. I'm 5 weeks tomorrow and my due date is May 25th! I just scheduled an ultrasound where we get to "see" the heartbeat for October 2nd and then I think I'm realeased back to my OB.

We are leaving on a trip out of the country on Oct 3rd and my clinic has you continue the progestrone shots until you're 10th week so that's Oct 25th for me. Which means I have to travel with all my needles. Will I be able to get through security with a couple of needles? I'll need to have a few with me since the flight is about 12 hours long. Anyone have suggestions? I think I need to call the airline and see what they say.

I'm anxiously awaiting everyone's BFP!

So I just found out from the RE that none of our extra embies survived long enough to freeze. That makes me sad. But I think that we have the best two with me right now, and if that is all we get, then that is all I want!!! I was sad to hear the news. Bummer

Christin I am sorry to hear that! LIke Kelly & yourself, I was very shocked & sad to hear that I would have none to freeze either..but like you said, the best little ones are with you..right where they should be!

I am actually 8dpt - and officially test on Saturday, however I have been not feeling well, as I believe that I have a little more than moderate case of OHSS - which I didn't think was possible this long after, and considering I really didn't have any problems right after retrieval....however I did have the HCG shots (1.5ml) 3x starting from the day of transfer...and I read that can cause OHSS as well....so I don't know. I called the Dr. and I will be going in tomorrow at 8am CT. My stomach is about 4-6 inches dissended (sp?) than usual, and I am about 5-6 lbs heavier than normal..it is getting VERY hard to take deep breaths, so I made the call. If I am feeling better in the morning I won't go..but just in case.....I was VERY angry this am when I could not fit into my pants AT ALL - and I have to dress up at work..right now I am sitting with my pants unbuttoned  The nurse said they will probably do blood work....yikes! Wonder if they will secretely do HCG? If they do..wonder if they will tell me?

All in all, I hope I am OK and this goes away.....soon

Hey gals, how's it going? I just got back from work and I am exhausted! I swear I really don't do that much at work but I am tired...my back hurts and my tummy bloated. I don't feel that much cramps anymore, maybe the embies are finally resting comfortably in mommy's tummy :D You know, I am all excited about tomorrow, but have to tell you that I am also prepared for the worst. I am scared...very scared...Christin, are you feeling the same? Know that I am with you gal.

Dexter I wasn't expecting to see you today on our forum, but I have to say that even with their mind preparation, it feels different to not see you. I hope you are taking easy steps toward healing.

Kelly You are taking a trip? That sounds so fun! You have the best set of mind to take with you now, knowing that you are bringing a prized addition with you. It makes me so happy to know that you are now officially pregnant. WOOHOO!

Christin I am so glad that you are going in to test also tomorrow. I feel less alone. Good for you for taking the extra day off tomorrow. It's needed. Too bad I can't afford it right now...because I need to save more days for my maternity leave...hehehehe...I am sorry though that you don't have extra embies to save...but hey! You've got the strongest ones in you right now! No worries there!

sonu911 I agree with Christin that it's best to let your doctor about the changes in your body. IT's critical. But it does sound like you may be experiencing some pregnancy symptoms. That's a good sign.

Kelley I am sorry to hear that you are feeling possible symptoms of OHSS. Are you drinking gatorade? I am not sure if I am too because I feel bloated starting two days ago. I mean, I felt very bloated after RE, but it went away. Now it's back and it's making me very uncomfortable. I heard from my RE that pregnancy will make OHSS worse. Make sure you let your RE take a look at you asap so you feel better soon. Wishing you all the best!

Carolyn How are you feeling gal?

Keisha How's stimming going? When's your next scan?

Take care everyone!

Lala
I am so glad that we are in this pickle together. It takes the pressure off of each of us to know that there is another that is on the block now..LOL. I forget what city you are in...what time zone? I remember you saying your appt was at 7:30am. So that is 30 min prior to mine, and if you are EST, then you will have tested an hour and half before me. I don't know how I am going to rest tonight. I am a nervous wreck. Up until today I was convinced that I was pregnant, now I am second guessing myself. I hate this feeling.

Kelley
I am so glad that you are going to get tested. I have heard that OHSS is more prevelant when you are actually pregnant bc the increase in hormones. SO while this is uncomfortable for you, it may be a great sign. I hope they do an HCG test too. You and I did the ET either the same day or right around the same (I was on Sept 12), so if they are testing me, then they should be able to test you too. Beg them. Put on the sad, helpless little girl face, you know, the one that allows us to get EVERYTHING we want!

Oh, thanks for everyone's kind words about my news of no frosties! I really appreciate it.

Update
Today I found that it was miserable to walk around. I have a lot of pressure/bloating in my stomach, even up to below my bra line. My bra hurts my chest (not BBs) bc I am so bloated. I don't think I have been drinking as much gateraide as I should be. I kinda slowed down on it after the transfer bc I was scared to get up and down so often to pee bc I was supposed to rest, you know? My clothes are so miserable on me. I have to unbutton as soon as I get in the car to drive home. Today my skirt was all the way unzipped...hahah. I had to close the shade on my sunroof so the truck drivers couldn't see in..LOL.

I have been burping alot too since yesterday. All of this is so unattractive..hahaha.

My ovaries still seem really sensitive. But by now, I would have thought that those wouldn't be an issue anymore. I haven't had any cramping today though. Last night my stomach still had those weird feelings, but none today other than the bloating thing.

I am going to bring all of this to the nurses attention tomorrow.

On another note, I broke down and bought an HPT this afternoon. I conned DH into getting it for me..LOL. But I haven't taken it yet. I am sorta scared to bc they say early morning urine has the most hcG in it, so my doing it at 8:30pm, does that mean it may show negative? And what if it is just too soon for it to pick up my level? AF should start in 4 days....so technially I fall within the 5 day window they advertise on the front of the box. I was thinking that maybe if I was having twins my level would be high enough to detect. But I don't want to cry if it shows negative. I want to know, but then I don't....uggg. What to do?

If I do HPT tonight, I will get back on to let yall know the status. I may hold out until the morning. But then again, I have two of them, so why not do one tonight, and one in the am? LOL...This is so stupid b/c I get the REAL lest is less than 12 hours...why do this to my self. It is like I am self-destructive. LOL

Dexter
I miss you sweetie!

Caroyln
I know..you aren't proud of me anymore huh? (bc of the HPT thing..LOL) You will see....you are going to fall into it like Kelly and myself has. I bet Lala and Kelley has been so so tempted too...huh LOL.

Keisha...I am loving your photobucket!

This pic is compliments of Keisha. It illustrates how I feel:

Oh gosh...how i wish this were an Instant Message program and I could have yall all on at the same time. So me and DH did the test.....he stood there to watch it while I disposed of the pee cup, his back turned to the stick, and looked at me, and had this shocked look on his face. He said that it had 2 lines right away. I was literally away from the stick for 2 seconds.....OMG...Is it true????

I mean, I am only 7dpt (counting transfer day), but 14 days past ovidrel. It couldn't possibly be picking up ovidrel huh? And since I am only 7dpt, you think twins for it to show up like that so quick? We are going to do another test in the am...with first morning urine and then of course the REAL test at 8am with the RE...WOO HOOO!!!!!!

I am tentatively BFP!!!!

Hi Ladies,

Sonu - How are you doing sweetie? I hope you are feeling a little better. Sounds like the embies are snuggled in and glad to hear you all are relaxed.

Kelly - Oooh, you got your due date....still sooo freakin' excited for you! I traveled with my first IVF and had no problem with security. Just like you said, just call ahead to determine what is an acceptable way to transport them for that airline.

Kelley77 - Im praying that you don't have OHSS but that is a pretty good description of it, the shortness of breath and weight gain is usually the best indicators. Even if you feel better, please, please go in. Not trying to scare you but you could end in the hospital. And like you said, you might sneak in a beta test :P !!

Lala - Feeling bloated always sucks! Tomorrow is your day and I am sooo praying for you and DH!! I'm sending tons of PMA your way.

Dexter - Thinking of you and DH. Feel like a big boob for forcing my congrats but I always want to wish for the best. Please know that you will remain in my prayers through this difficult time.

Christin - Girl, you always make me laugh :P Glad you are enjoying the bucket...I added some more, so anyone go in and grab one. Also, you can make your own glitter banner by going to www.glitter.com...super easy!

As for me, my tummy is really bloated. I kinda blocked that part out because I will take the pains of my ovaries over being bloated. But hey, really, can't complain because I know this means the meds are still working!! I go in tomorrow for another check and hopefully find out my ER and ET!

Baby dust to all of you ladies!!!
