Good morning!

Luanne - once again thank you very much for all the info! I wrote to my RE to ask about the MTHFR test. This morning they tested Methylmalonsäure und Homocystein levels - so it sounds like they are on the right track and I feel like things are moving ahead.
Just one or two questions - Did your RE suggest the extra intake of vitamins, or was that something you did on your own? Did you make any changes to your diet?

Catharine - happy to hear that the OHSS is over and that you can fit into your clothes again (at least for a little while!). I am sure you feel happier, too. Best wishes to you!

Sonix, Kim, JenB, chriss - hope all is progessing well with your treatments and that the stars will all be in alignment at the right time for lots of BFP's!

socal, BigJ, Tammy, Yasmina and everyone I missed - wishing you all well.

Have a great day,
xx Amy

Hello Ladies:

Wow, we have 3 BFP's now and more on the way. This is exciting. We had four of us in our last preggo group. Let's go for more than 4 this time!

LuAnne: It is good to hear that your OB is being cautious and adding the extra progesterone. I got so tired of the 12 weeks of shots in the butt, but kept telling myself that I was pregnant.............a small price to pay.

Hello to Jen, Amy, Socal, Catharine, Yasmina, Bev, Anna, Sonia, Chriss, Kat, Big J, Kim and anyone else that I have missed.

I have posted a recent photo of Andrew. He is getting so big!!!!!

Tammy

AMY - GOOD LUCK ON THE TESTS. YES, MY RE DID WRITE THE PROTOCOL FOR MY EXTRA VITAMINS, BUT THEY ARE ALL AVAILABLE OTC. AS FOR MY DIET, I EAT EXTRA SERVINGS OF FOODS I KNOW WILL HELP, LIKE LEAFY GREEN SALADS, SPINACH, ASPARAGUS, ETC.

TAMMY - ANDREW IS A BEAUTIFUL LITTLE BOY. I AM SURE THE PIO SHOTS WERE JUST A TEENSY TINY PRICE TO PAY FOR THE REWARD OF SEEING THAT BEAUTIFUL LITTLE FACE EVERY DAY. I FEEL THE SAME AS FAR AS TELLING MYSELF I AM PREGNANT. ANYTHING I HAVE TO ENDURE WILL BE WELL WORTH IT, AS LONG AS I CAN GET THROUGH THIS PREGNANCY SAFELY. I AM SUCH A NERVOUS WRECK, THOUGH, IN SPITE OF KNOWING IT IS IMPORTANT TO RELAX. I WORRY ABOUT EVERYTHING. I REALIZE NOW THE 2WW ISN'T REALLY THE WORST AFTER ALL.

Hi everybody,
I had my ultrasound today and another beta. Bloodwork is not back yet, but the ultrasound showed some slight bleeding around the yolksak. I am 5 weeks and 1 day pregnant. The Dr referred to it as implantation separation... They told me to take it easy. Anybody have had to deal with this?

Hi Ladies

Wow - I go away for a week and look what happens - BFP's all around and a set of twins as well! Congratulations again to all you expecting mums!!!

I've been holidaying with my family in Hong Kong and China. What an experience! Not just the exotic new sites and sounds, but also spending time with my family as well who I rarely get to see as we all live in different parts of the world. (Think I need another holiday now just to recover from this one as there was just too much excitement/ stress...!) Anyway, glad to be back and it did take my mind off the waiting for my next cycle.

JenB - the new list is fabulous - well done!
Welcome Kidak! Keep us updated on your news.
Catharine -glad your OHSS is retreating. It must be a relief!
Tammy - your son is adorable (but you know that anyway!!) Thnx for sharing great pics.
Chriss - good on ya for getting straight back into the saddle. All the best!

To all those cycling at the moment, I have my fingers and my toes crossed. I wish I could have cycled this month too, but it was going to be just too hectic.

And all the rest of you 'ladies in waiting' (I like the sound of that, to who ever coined that phrase!), hang in there!
Take care,
Andrea

Sorry to everyone that I have not been around much lately, I do try and log on now and again and check how everyone is doing. Very difficult to keep up but the board seems very busy with treatments and successes so good luck to all about to go, congrats to those with good news and my heart felt hugs to those who have had bad news.

Wills and I are doing very well, he can sit up now, not quite on the move yet, but it won't be long before he is off and running (well crawling anyway). I am quite tired still, maybe it's my age groan. I had my 48th birthday last week so I have decided NOT to have any more of those!!!! Life however, is truly wonderful and we both get so much joy out of our precious little boy. Next week he starts his "Duckling" swimming lessons at the pool. He already goes every Sunday with his daddy and absolutely loves the water. Kev has him jumping off the side (with dad's help of course) and plunges him under the water. He has learnt to close his eyes on the decent - bless.

Tammy, Andrew is still as gorgeous as ever. Will try and post an up-to-date pic of Wills soon.

Well that's all I have time for, sorry no more personals but I do think of you all often. I hope to "pop in" a bit more when he has got over this teething period.

Lots love Bev xxx

Hi everyone
I have not been around much either. Since school started, I've been swamped. I just don't have the time to get online anymore. I'm just posting a quick one today.
Socal and Luanne, things sound real great for you both. Very happy for you.

Tammy & Bev, your posts are inspirational and help to remind me that this is possible. Tammy, Andrew is so cute.

How are you Catherine?

Always good to hear from you Jenbabes. The updates are beautiful

Expat, thanks for the encouraging words. Sounds like you had a nice trip!

I know that I missed some of you, hoping that everyone is well. I'm getting ready for ET next week, not sure which day yet. Seems like I responded a little better to the stimms. THere are 6 follies that look good and a couple of smaller ones that may catch up. Better than the three from last time. We'll see. Thinking of all of you and will try to get back on this board more often. Thanks for being there. -chriss

Hello Ladies:

Thanks for all of the lovely compliments on my precious boy!

Chriss: Good luck on your ET. Sometimes the RE can use the exact same protocol and get different results. My first IVF resulted in 3 eggs, the 2nd resulted in 12 eggs, using the same protocol.

Hello to everyone else. i don't have time for personals. DH is calling me.

Regards,
Tammy
