Lee, I am so sorry that you had a bad experience with this cycle of IVF. I wish you well in whatever you decide to do form here.
Kiwi and Amy good to meet you guys too. I wish I could find the over 40s thread. I am new to this site and it has me flumoxed. If there is a way to send me a link please would you do that for me? I'd love to share my IVF journey with others in the same position. THANKS!!

Oh Thanks Amy thats so sweet of you to let me know. I actually found a thread finally that was called that, but it looked like it began in 2005 and there had only been one recent post. I wonder if i found the wrong one.

Lee - I am so sorry that things haven't worked out for you on the IVF front. But as they say, as difficult as it may seem at the time, when one door shuts, another will open and it is so great to hear that you have an instant 'Plan B' to move onto. Please keep us updated with the adoption story. All the very best in your exciting new venture!

Hi Amy - I've been on DHEA a month now. Felt a little dizzy after taking them at first but only for a couple of minutes afterwards. No real other side effects - not even the cheerfulness! (damn - could really do with a bit of cheering up!!) but no complaints overall. How are you - are you gearing up for next month?
