As for me, I ended up being sent home from work on Tuesday as the pain was so bad!! I almost threw up!!! God know what I will be like when I actually have to go through labour - I will be asking for every pain killer under the sun!! Anyway, as soon as I passed what needed to come out (sorry if TMI
) the pain pretty much disappeared, so I now feel like myself again! Apart from that I don't have much to report, work is manic and I am constantly tired - perhaps I'm just getting old?!!!

Nikki - Feel much much better. Nothing a few lie ins wont cure. We are staying at a part called Pontgarreg near Llangrannog! Mid/South Wales (about 4 hr 20 min - 30 min from Tenby). We have been there 3 times before. It is on a farm. used to be pig sheds but they converted them into cottages. We are taking my nan this time. She is staying in the 1 bed cotrtage we usually have and we are staying in the bigger one next door. She is really looking forward to it as hasn't had a holiday for about 8 years. We cant all stay together as she is disabled and needs a bungalow so thats why she is in her own. Can't wait for the rest! Hope you are ok. Sorry - Whens Scotland? x

Well i had a great but very busy week in Glasgow...fun times at CPD ( continued professional Development) meeting up with old collegues. And a fab night out afterwards. i am totally exausted though and didnt sleep to well last night as i was too cold. Suddenly it's Autumn here
and very windy. Have a busy one today.
IM were meant to have sent out BCpills for me ( i am still on double and no futher bleeds but (.)(.)'s and mega cramps ( nothing like what your going through tho Kate x x ) They sent the BC pills on Monday but as yet no pills. I need them for saturday night so luckily i am at the GP today to sort out scan ( still have no date but i feel approx 2-2half weeks) and hope to get the same BC pills????? at the most IM said i would be on BC pills for 5 wks ( now at 4 wks) so expect off them end of next week...BUT how many weeks have i been saying that
if you thought about all this you would easily drive yourself nuts...best to just go with the IM flow so to speak.
Anyway off to work now so gotta go.have a good Friday ebveryone x x x

BABY Mia Alice Gibson was born Sunday 23rd September @ 10.38am weighing 7lbs...She has beautiful blue eyes and lots of lovely brown hair...

I am still in pain with (.)(.)'s youd think i ws preggy as they are growing by the minute! But very very sore. It's now ( as my ticker) been a record breaking time on bc pills for IM. 1 MONTH!!!! I was to wait 3 wks afteer appointment for AF so i am glad i had to wait that time or i would have been on them longer!!!! Hope to get the call this week for next step.( please please) tho that is causing problems too. I need a vag scan on day 7-9 of AF. My Gp has been trying to set it up but as she is very part time i have been doing all the calls to the hospital. Eventually i found out we needed a refferal. she sent 1 off and now i have an appointment to see a gyno???? I just need abloomin scan that will take 5 mins to do!!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! I wish i still lived in Glasgow as could get one done when i wanted !!! sorry about the moan moans ...i am sure it will all come together at the right time....if not i will drive 4hrs to Glasgow and get 1 done there!!!!!
I am so looking forwrd to meeting Nicki/mark on thursday. meeting at a Counrtyfare place ( expensive gifts and great food) for coffee then cath up gabbingmost of the avo. Hope if dry to take Broc a long walk on the sandy beach ( more talking) then meeting Adam at 5.30 in the local fab pub for lovely seafood or veggi meal. looking forward to meeting mark too. hope he wont be to bored with us girles talking ivf etc. x x
would be great for us all to meet up somewhere for a day ( hotel so we could stay the night if possible) and all the babies can play. and the mums and bump ladies ( see the PMA there we are all gonna be preggers by 2008) can gab and the men can go off and do something else. poor them x x what do you think????

Morning girls!
First of all a HUGE congratulations to Lisa and baby Mia! Such great news to come back to - hope you are all ok and enjoying every minute of your little angel
Jen - I think that is a fab idea about us all meeting up. Love the PMA and that we will all be preggers by then! We need to arrange a weekend that is convienient to everyone and then go from there! Can't believe it can take so long (and so much paperwork!) to just sort out a scan. No wonder so many people go private, its sometimes too much hassel witht the NHS!!! Hope you get it sorted soon tho. Enjoy meeting up with Nickie and Mark - I'm sure you'll have a great time!
Julie - how's you? Hope the infection has gone and you are back to normal.

As for me, had to take the day off from work yesterday as I has really bad AF type pains again Sunday night and lots of bleeding. Thought it had pretty much finished but it hadn't. DH was insistent that I go to the GP and just check, the last thing we want is to get an infection because not everything has come out. Anyway, GP was lovely, suppose he had to be really as I was sat in there crying!!! He assured me that it all sounded perfectly normal, but to monitor things over the next few days and if I get a heavy bleed or bad pains again I am to go straight back to him. He would then send me straight to the hospital to get it all sorted. It did put my mind at rest but I just want to go back to normal and stop the constant worrying! If its not one thing its the next with us isn't it?
Anyway, at least its only 4 wks until half term. I may not be going to Dubai after all as my brother may not be in the country (he works on boats) and he was the reason we were going!! I may try and get a last minute thing even if its just for a couple of days, just so I can re-charge the batteries - although I do fancy somewhere with a bit of sun!!

sorry to hear that you are going through so much pain with this...i hope you take the time out from your busy job to recover at half term. even if it's just a week by the sea or something. It would be good to get some healing sunshine tho!!!! Thinking of ya hun...take care of you ...you gotta go through another cycle sometime soon so you will need as much rest now as possible ( gosh i sound like a mum already !!!)

it's turned really wintery already here. so cold yesterday and to day. tonight we are expecting a FROST So Nicki/ mark will be feeling the chill...looking forward to meeting them tomorrow !!!!
my new bed arrives on Friday and my other gadget the steam cleaner is so good on carpets and lamenat floors. what a differance to clean mucky paw marks off the floor. Loving it x x especially ass a shower cleaner!!!( sad that i am typing this but it does make my life so much easier to clean the house). the motor home is meant to get picked up this week to get towed to England for fixing but still awaiting a date x x Whiplash fine now. My mantrs of 'yes i am stil on bc pills and hope to start patches soon' is gettign well worn but i say it again. off now to make dinner

Hi........ Im back from bonny Scotland..... It was Lovely!!! And Jen was very welcoming, showing me about your area, and meeting Adam & Broc was lovely too.....
The day went too quickly...... I was sad to go, but alais we had to be on our way, mark was ill on way back, as you well know (i txted you!!) I thought it was all that fish he'd eaten on the seafood platter he had, but he's got a cold, and has been sweating hot and then cold, sniffing, and now since the flight hes full of fluid in the ears and cant hear well, lots of popping.......
So what did adam think? did he think we were a great couple??
Yep, it was cold, up there..... honey, will love to met ya again, if u wanna meet me again that is, and the idea of meeting up as a group would be great, parahps next summer??
I am glad i havent much to catch up on, as i feared i'd be typing all night, answering posts......
Obviously its been quiet, lisa with babe, and me and jules on hols, and kate feeling poorly.... Jen, you're just burning up the boards by yourself......
