Update from Sarah

Hello ladiiiiies

Sorry haven't posted for a while but haven't had a great deal to report as everything seems to be going so well (TOUCH WOOD!!!!).

I'm 26 weeks today (same as Emma :o)) with twins and had my last scan last week when we found out the sex of the babies. I know, I said we weren't going to but temptation got the better of us both.

Anyway, 'lefty' is a boy and 'righty' is a girl - we are soooo thrilled with the news - couldn't have asked for more.

I've just read Emmas post saying she's 47" round the tum now - am getting worried because mine doesn't seem to have changed for the last several weeks - am stuck at 42" around the middle. Doc is pleased with the size of the babies so I guess that's what counts.

Am finishing work next Friday so probably won't be able to get on here as much as before but will try and keep you all updated with any news.

I'm having a Glucose Tolerance Test at 28½ weeks and a scan at almost 29 weeks then they will scan every other week - I feel as though they're really looking after me which is great - oh, and midwife wants to see me in between scans so it's excellent. Hope you're all getting the same kind of care.

At the moment, baby girl is head down and baby boy is head up so I have no idea what's going to happen regarding delivery - midwife says we won't know till much nearer the time.

Getting tierd again now too - slowing down alot, lots of aches and pains but AM NOT COMPLAINING!!

Well that's me news anyway

Take care of you all and catch up again soon

Love Sarah

ps - sorry for the ramble :o)

Sarah

Fantastic to hear that you're doing so well. I've also found things have gone well for me and can't believe I'm now at 31 weeks and still feeling so good. Hopefully it'll last for you too - 26 weeks is a long way through, you've done well to be so calm and collected about it!!

take care of yourself and keep us posted!

Helen xx
