For the wording just go to www.mytextgraphics.com. Choose your style and pick colour, size etc on the next page. Then copy and paste the code for bulletin boards into your message.
You just then need to remove the url tags from the beginning and end of the code. (If you preview it first you'll see what to remove).

I usually get the pictures from photobucket.com but there's others too. The principle's the same - choose your pic and copy the code (don't usually have to remove any tags though)

Sounds complicated but its not really - just give it a go
