I am starting a round of IVF soon. I start the BCP mid October and then injects around early November. I would love to have someone to go through it with together.
I have an 18 month old from my 1st IVF cycle and am trying for our second child, after one failed cycle where the few eggs I got did not fertilize. This one is going to work out much better though

IVF #1 August '07, 3 eggs, 2 mature, both did not fertilize
IVF #2 Oct/Nov '07 with ICSI this time
Hi - I'm starting IVF in November too. I have to wait for my next period to come - which is in about 2 weeks. I start on BCP for 21 days. My Dr. has me on Lupron protocol. We should start injections the beginning of November. This is our 5th try - I'm not looking forward to it, I'm scared and thinking about it makes me really anxious. Acupuncture helped with the egg quality, the 1st IVF we had terrible egg quaility. I started acupuncture for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th and the egg quality improved.
I am keeping my fingers crossed that I will be doing my next and hopefully NOT my last (if it doesn't work out). I am in the process of clomid challenge test, so if I get approved by my insurance, I am hoping to start during my next AF, which should happen toward the end of Oct. I will let you guys know...
