Mags' Babes Have Arrived

I have the news at last!!!!!!!!!!! Mags' babies are here, they arrived last night (Thurday 18th) at 9.21pm and 9.23pm by C/Section. She laboured for 10 hours and when they couldn't detect the fetal heart of 1, decided to get them out by c/s. (I think they induced her some time Thurs afternoon - not sure) Amelia weighed in at 3lb.12oz Jacob weighed in a 4lb.8oz Mags says they're both 'Perfect' which is excellent news. They'll be kept in hospital for the next 3 weeks she thinks. Mags sounded very drained but VERY happy, her 6 year long wait for these babies is finally over and she has them in her arms. Aaaaaaahhhhhhhhh doesn't it just make you want to cry, I'm so happy for them both and I'm sure you all will be too. Love Sarah x

Congratulations Mags! And welcome to Amelia and Jacob (fab names). It sounds like they were good weights and I'm really pleased that she's got to meet her precious babies at last. Thanks Sarah for letting us know the news - it feels like we've been waiting for a long time! Now whose twins are going to be next; will it be Rachel's or is someone else going to get in early?! Just want to say congratulations on the birth of your twins, you must be so proud I am so happy for you all. Hope everything is ok and thanks Sarah for posting the update I was wondering if she had them and kept popping in to see the news. Welldone once again Mags and all the best. Love Shell. xx

Mags What fantastic news - they caught you out a bit!! So pleased to hear that Jacob and Amelia are both well - what fantastic weights! You did something right girl!! CONGRATULATIONS Mags how brilliant for you and dh, and really great weights for both Jacob and Amelia. Take all the help you can and enjoy finally being a mummy and daddy. Once they get home it is pandemonium for a few weeks but so worth it. Brilliant news and keep us up to date with their progress Love Nicky
