IUI Leakage

I have a question, does anyone have a little leakage right after the insemination? I had it last month and had a little this month and I am just totally paranoid that I some how pushed the my husbands sample back out.

Just curious what others have experienced.

35 low prog and DH is 38 low vol and high percentage of abnormal sperm
Sept07 100mg clomid, BFN
Oct07 100mg clomid - IUI done October 11, 2007

Hi stephjim
I've had it a little sometimes - apparently its just that some cm gets loosened. The cervix closes straight after and there's no way the spermies can escape (so I'm told anyway).
When did you have it done? I had mine today

So you have been told that it was cervical mucous? Ok, that makes me feel better. Good luck these two weeks. I went out and bought some books to read to keep my mind off of it.

Hey! I always have the same thing after iui. I asked my doc. last time and he assured me that it was cm and that the sperm cant come back out!! ( I was scared too, but he made me feel better) Good luck.

i also had a little leakage. and i also read somewhere that it was supposed to be loosened cervical mucus. i know i almost never have cervical mucus, but with these hormones i certainly did!! lol.. too bad i didn't feel like having sex this month! it was nice for the break after months and months on end trying!! hahaha
