My name is Mina, I'm 34 and going to start my 3rd IVF next month, I'm desperate and need any advice for precautions after the ET, should I be on a strict bedrest most of the time? for the embies to stick? What shouldn't I do? Anyone have been there?

Everyone has something to say on this but I would suggest to stay in bed or at least do very little for the first 7 days. My 3rd attempt did not work and I am know in the process of doing my 4th what is helping me is a book called "Zita West's Guide to Getting pregnant" I got it on amason and it has been an inspiration. I hope it might help too.
