Mistakes to avoid during the 2ww

Hi everybody,
Anyone passed the treatment and really got pregnant,
knows the mistakes to avoid during the 2ww?

Two things:

Avoid baths - some places don't tell you that, but it's important.

Resist the temptation to take a HPT during 2ww. It's hard, but I've heard too many stories about misleading results. They are just heartbreaking.

I was told the following:
No intercourse
No exercise
No lifting anything over 5 lbs
No hot baths or saunas
Bed rest for the first 3 days after transfer (only getting up for bathroom and quick showers)
House rest for the two more days after that - stay as relaxed as possible - then i could return to work.

Have lots of books/magazines to read, movies to watch and friends/family to check in on you. As bored as you get, don't overdo any internet research, stay as relaxed and get a ton of rest - your embies are counting on you.

Good luck and I recommend not doing an HPT if you can resist. It takes at least 10 days for the trigger shot to leave your system but you can still get false results.
