Hey guys..... Just checking into see what you are up to this fine saturday???

Me just lounging about home, cold making me feel urgh!!!

Notice my ticker, Ive changed it..... totally non IVF/fertility related.... I joined weight watchers on the 3rd Oct...Not really said before, but i think i need your help to spure me on.....

I weighed in on first meet, and i was 14 stone 12lb.... I know that since the OHSS i put it on and cant shift it, I was about 13 and a half before IVF which is still on the high side, before all this IUI started i was under 12 stone.... So now i am worried.... and need to shift some weight, so on the 10th Oct when i went to meeting no2, i'd lost 5lbs.... wow, i was so happy!!!!
The nest day my cold arrived, and ive felt the need to eat, comfort eating i guess, i guess when i go this week, i wont have lost so much.... Another reason why the cold is annoying me, but you know when i eat i feel better...... So parhaps i will have to sit this week out on the diet, and re start when the colds gone!!!

well, Marks watching the Rugby..... England v France.... they just got a goal!!! It's not that in rugger though...Heck i dont know Im a girl!!! Either way, England are winning...... ( Sorry, souris!! If u are reading this!!) xx

So the business plans arre kinda moving slow.....Cant settle on an area, Mark wants to go anywhere...... Has been looking up in scotland, we did find lovely B&B in Cumbria and but they wanted quick sale so wouldnt even consider our offer....arghhh!!! I said to mark though, we have sieve though to get the perfect one, dont want to go charging in on the first one we see....
I would rather stay closer to my roots and family...... We did see a B&B in Lancs, and the 1st thing i said to mark was.... how close is Manchester hospital/clinic?? He asked why??
I answered, coz they have a good supply of donor sperm there... he said'oh nicki, i thought we were trying to forget that,' but girls i cant forget it...... and in my head, my plan is to try to get pregnant in 2 yrs, once we have settled into our new business life style..... I have started a savings account to save for it too...... I really want to be pregnant...... and i know it wont happen this year or next but i am not giving up!!!
I know mark wants that too, but men are like that huh?? they just brush it under the mat.....

Jen, hope that u are ok, and meds not dragging at you too much... your'e nearly there!!!

Just coming on to see how everyone is. Congrats on loosing some weight! I joined WW when I was in london before my wedding and lost 2 stone! Stick with it.

Don't talk to me about the rugby! I can't believe you knocked us out in the quarters! My DH is a kiwi so they are out now also. I'm going for Argentina now...

I only really post here on this thread, now and avoid the other threads, only coz i want to try to avoid IVF chat and likes.... These girls here are my best buddies on line, and i enjoy chatting to them.... (HUGS)

About the B&B i am sure like you say the right thing at the right time will come up...Spring usually is the time but you may get a few on the market after the Oct week...good luck with your BB hunting love xxxx

julie how did you get on with the "friend" ???

Had a lazy weekend as DH been in work yesrt avo and this morn...we had a lovely walk on the beach about 11am and the sun was shining. Had a fab brunch in a cafe on the beach in findhorn and now lazying about doing the odd washing etc... really missed X factor last night but it was good to see Moulin Rouge

the eostrgen patches are still kicking off MS headache but it's bearable...i ahve acu tomorrow so that should help detox my bod and at 9am i have another scn to check lining Oh i hope when i call IM after thata they will give us ET dates ...all this not knowing is beginning to get to me !!!! Ah well as soon as they tell me i will be rushed trying to book flights hotels, acu abroad for before and after ET, and of course kennels for my Broc...Hate leaving him in there again but needs must and it's only for 4 nights or so x xx

Hi Girls,

Just letting you know that I am alive and well and thinking of everyone! Work is manic (when is it not?), and this new job has really kicked in, hence the lack of time!!!

Jen - great news on the tmt front, bring on the next BFP!

Nickie - know what you mean about it always being in your head - just can't help it! I'm sure once you find the ideal place for your B&B you'll be busy doing other stuff and it may disappear slighly - especially when we all come to stay!!

Lisa - hope you are enjoying Mia?

As for me, apart from being run off my feet things are fine! Half term on Friday, not going anywhere now, going to save our money for the next tmt. Am going to go out the last weekend as its my birthday but apart from that it will be a quite one.

Thought my cycle was back on track after the m/c, thought AF had arrived last Thursday (when she should have) but all I've had is spotting!! Wish it would all just get back to normal!! Supoose its just going to take a bit of time - I'm just tired of waiting!!

Anyway, will try and post properly during the week.

Ive just contacted my local hospital to check if i am on waiting list for IVF and i am....... It is 18-24mths long!!!!

So my question is:
If we move from suffolk, does that list carry on to the next nhs hospital?
Or do u think i may have to wait again if we move.....???

I dont even know if thats what i want, but doesnt hurt to be on a list huh???

Nikki - Hugs to ya, hope the cold is shifting. Well done on the weight loss. PMA for the diet for you hun. I lost 27lb with Weight watchers a few years ago and I think it is fab. As for moving.....every trust is different so I think you would have to apply to the relevant trust if you moved. Mine was 3 years...not sure if they would take into account what you have waited elsewhere....x

Jen - Great news about the scan. How did you get on today?? Hope the headaches subside. As for the "friend" - it was like old times as usual. Perhaps skating over issues but I have made my feelings clear and she seems to have taken them on board and we will see what happens. TBH I am not that bothered as busy with other things - just wanted to get stuff off my chest.

Kate - Fingers crossed AF comes for you soon!!!!!! So annoying - never comes when you want it but always comes when you don't. Chant in the mirror "I don't want a period this week". Bound to work for ya! enjoy your time off next week

Well i am off this week been for acu today and slept all afternoon x x I love ACU it makes me so relaxed x x have another sessionon thursday nd cant wait.
My 2nd scan today went well and i am at 7.1mm now ( 4.2 on friday) amazing how it grows eh!!! So IM said i am A okay to go to transfer...BUT we are still awaiting news on whwre the donor is at Hope my lovely lady is okay and stims doing thier stuff ( not making her to ill either)..so will be waiting the next 3-5 days for a call from IM regarding EC for donor...could be anytime within the next week we get the call...in the meantime keep taking the patches x x x

Julie, Yes, thought that would be the case might have to re wait if we move out of this area....Arghhhhh!!! Oh well, what will be will be huh??? Cant put my life on hold no more.....Im on in for now and if i get to the top we'll see, but at least i have options in case...Who knows in the future what'll happen......


Now, I have Question... A concern??? Today I am on day 11.... so ovulation is approaching, since about 30 mins ago i had that ovulation pain, and thought to my self i felt wet down below, so trotted of the bathroom, and OMG!!!! When i wiped I had the biggest blob of Cervical Mucus you have ever seen, but it was brown!! Like browny clear..... Like it was Cm, but mixed with blood.... does that make sence and sorry if TMI!!!! So I did a Ovulation Pridictor Test and it was negative......
I guess none of this matters since i am no cycling, but i have never in the last 6 yrs of checking my cycle seen this before... should i worry???
I told Mark, and he said wahooo!!! Your'e Pregnant..... Could that be a option???
Heck......I am being silly, theres no chance of that, but wow, what if???
So my last cycle was normal, I did ovulate later than normal, and i know i did as a Positive OPK told me so.... we had sex the day before the +ive and then 2 days later, so quite possiably????? AF then showed up, precesily 14 days later, but when i think about it wasa fairly light AF, only lasted 2 days....
Oh bugger why does this stuff play with your head...... Parahps its just coz im ill with this cold.....Heck, I dont know.......
But please some1 tell me its normal to have blood stained CM prior to ovulation........

Off to watch Eastenders now, see if Jane was shot...... xxx

Nothing to report since last incident....No CM, No ovulation pain....

Was feeling better toda with this cold, but this darkness has arrived, my nose wont stop running!!!! I guess I am tired!!!

Hope u all had lovely day...Poured with rain here today!!! Yukk... nothing much to say, took today of work again....... Phoned in sick, again...think i'll go in 2moz thou......
