HELP!!!

wondering if anyone has ever seen this before... i had my blood test done 13 days after et on monday 10-15, and it was negative. but i have taken 5 hpt's which were all positive.. on 10- 10, 12, 14, 17 and 18. first one was very faint but all are getting darker. it's been 22 days since i took trigger shot so i don't think thats it .. called re and she is out of town until next week sometime made my failed ivf appointment for 11-6. so still confused called family doctor and went in this morning and did pee test and came back positive (very quickly) she said congratulations! ~~~~ HUMMM.. so we had them do another blood test and will get results back today. but after re told me negative she made me stop all meds, so i have not taken anything since sunday.. going to try to post link to my hpt pictures. i really don't know whats going on. thanks!!!

WOW --- now that sounds pretty cool!!

Is what every one of us that has rec'd BFN hopes for ------ but doesn't happen

so GOOD LUCK w/ blood test results today!! make sure and come back in a post to let us know if you got your cofirmed BFP!!!

I definitely think congratulations are in order!!! That is very exciting! After looking at your Oct 17 and Oct 18 hpt, it sure looks like you are pregnant because they continued to get darker not lighter at that stage. How strange that your beta came back negative. Perhaps on Monday is was a low beta (late implantation) and by Wed and Thurs it is much higher...

just got the bfp!!! level is 358... i can't type cause i am shaking so much!!

OMG! How amazing! How weird that they would say it was negative when in fact it was clearly positive. Wow! Congratulations! What a great story-I can only imagine how you are feeling right now. That is so neat. So did you call your RE about taking the meds?

The best story I've heard since I've started on this long IVF journey. I always wondered if maybe the blood test could be wrong. Did you have a feeling that you were BFP - because even though you got the negative from RE - you still took the HPT tests... just curious. Very Happy for you!!!!

re put me back on progestrone shot yesterday. and i go back in on monday to make sure beta is going up. and to anwer someone's question, i had taken 3 hpt before my blood test that monday and already saw the positives. then monday they said negative. so i started thinking maybe it was a chemical preganacy. (I DIDN'T KNOW??) well wed. dh and i were talking about what step to take next, and i told him i couldn't really start anything until af came. so he bought 2 more hpt and i took one that night and then one thursday morning and both were very dark... so we were even more confused then ever! called family doctor and told them i thought i was, and they did a pee test and told me i was, but we asked them to do another blood test and so here i am. i did feel pregnant but i am not sure if that is because i saw the positives or i just knew it. but i knew something wasn't right with my body, so always trust your gut feeling!!! thanks for all the posts!! blowing luck and baby dust to everyone!

Congrats!!! I think your clinic made a big mistake and you should investige the negative blood test. You can have a negative HPT and a + blood test but not vice versa. The blood test is the most specific test for pregnancy. If your HCG was high enough to make a HPT + there is no way for the blood test to come back negative. Thank God you were diligent enough to keep testing at home! The clinic or the lab messed up your results. I hope the rest of your pregnancy goes well. Best wishes!

had beta done again on monday and it was 2080. so next tuesday i go in for ultrasound. will keep posted.
