just got the bfp!!! level is 358... i can't type cause i am shaking so much!!

OMG! Melanie, that is great news. I don't blame you for shaking. Make sure you get your levels checked again to be sure they are doubling. Did you talk to the RE's office yet? Are they putting you back on progesterone? Good luck with everything and let us know what happens.

OMG!!!OMG!!! Congratulations Melanie!!!!

update: starting stimming last night they have increased my gonal f to 450 and changed from regular lupron to micro-dose lupron twice a day. Praying there will be more follies and they will grow together atleast a few of them.

I am still in complete shock. re wants me in on monday to recheck everything and i start the progestrone shots right away. so will check back with my numbers monday.

That beta sounds great. It is more than doubling every 2 days. When is your first u/s? Mine is Wed. I can't wait to see if there is more than one in there. Did you ever find out why they told you it was - to begin with?

Great job ladies -- your support and advice for Melanie was amazing, just what this message board is meant for.

Sorry i've been away for so long, just trying to get through this 1st T without giving myself a anxiety attack every week. And i thought the 2ww was bad.

Melanie - sounds like you could have 2 if not 3 in there!!! Can't believe they told you it was a negative at first - what happened?1? When is your u/s? Congrats - now rest and help those peanuts grow.

Christie - how have your numbers been so far? i thought i was a singleton for sure but we've got two strong pumpkins. you never know!

Einmear2 - how did your u/s go today?

Michele - lots of sticky baby dust for you!!! grow follies grow!

Update on me - officially 7 weeks 1 day now and my weekly u/s continue to show both of the embies growing larger and larger. Good thing we didn't transfer 3 embies! I was freaking out for awhile over the whole vanishing twins syndrome but now I'm just keeping up the PMA for my own sanity and my lil pumpkins. Baby A is 9mm and Baby B is 10mm saw the fhb's today and everyone looks strong and in proper range. Unfortunately we can't "hear" the hb's until I get to my OB's which will be several more weeks. My RE keeps patients through week 11...

when i called re they told me congratulations and said i must have had late implantation and was to early for their test to catch it. but i had the 3 tests that were + before i even went there. i think maybe they made a mistake in the lab and maybe just covering it up. i don't know as long as my baby is heathly. but they never once said they were sorry.. oh well. you really think 2-3 babies???? i am 20 days past transfer, not sure what they go by for that... hum well again thanks for all the support and comments through this whole thing, i wouldn't have made it through without you ladies!!!

Hey girls, thanks for asking for me. I got a BFN

. My AF arrived on Sunday and I'd done a HPT on Saturday so I was fairly sure of the outcome. I had a really crappy time of it at the weekend as you can imagine, but I'm feeling a bit more positive now and I'm just trying to get through it, talking to the DH helped - don't know why I was pushing him away really. I'm booked in for a review meeting on 2nd Nov. and I've one frozen embie left so hopefully it survives the thawing process - if not it's back on the meds all over again.

Melanie - congratulations, 2/3?! you'll have a right little tribe in no time!!

Everyone else - thanks for the support, this bored has helped me so much.

Eimear, I'm so sorry about the BFN.

I hope you and dh are able to move on and try again. I'll pray for your other little embie that it makes it thru the thawing process. Take some time to heal a bit and take care of yourself.

Melanie, I was trying to figure out my Beta number and I when I had that bleeding last week I got a beta test and I was 28 days past transfer and my number they said was over 109,000. I'm not sure how the numbers work, I'm confused about that too...

I'm so sorry for you BFN. I pray that you are able to try again. I'm thinking of you.

I go tomorrow morning for my first u/s. I'm so nervous they'll tell me something is wrong, but I'm trying to stay positive. I'm also very curious to find out how many are in there.

For info. on your beta #'s, try www.betabase.info.com. I think they just want to make sure they are at least doubling every 48 hours.
