Hi, I'm new to this board. It's so nice to find other people that are going through this process at this time. After 6 months of tests and different procedures, I'm finally going through my 1st IVF cycle. I'm 34 and I had 2 good quality embrios transfered (ICSI). Today is the last day of my 2WW! I was trying to find information on typical pregnancy symptoms and I see most of you had experienced cramps and breast soreness. I've experienced some mild cramps (different than menstrual cramps though), some unusual abdominal pressure, and a very light pinkish/brownish spotting for about 24 hours, 3 days ago. My acupunturist told me this could be a sign of implantation and my nurse said these symptoms are very normal... All my symptoms have stopped at the moment. I'm too scared to do a HPT. Hoping for the best tomorrow. Good luck to everyone!

I am SOOO jealous! I have still have 8 days before I can test. My RE did an HCG booster 3 days after the transfer so I know that I won't be able to cheat and do an HPT!

Well, after 19 months of TTC, I just got the phone call I have been waiting for!!!! I got my BFP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My HCG is in the high 300's and I tested on only Day 9 (they let me come in a day early because I started getting BFP on HPT 5dp5dt). We are thrilled and I hope and pray for BFP's for all of you as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Faithandhope - I can feel your excitement. I sure hope that you and DH are going to celebrate tonight! That is incredible. Perhaps you have twins in there since your beta is so high!

Vicky - I think the spotting is completely normal. You had a good second beta (more than doubled) so don't worry! I am sure tomorrow can't come quickly enough to alleviate your concerns.

Angie - did you get your call?

Anna07 - best of luck tomorrow! Let us know how it goes!

Hoekey - I hope you are wrong and that you get your bfp tomorrow! Remember some women get there full AF and are still pregnant - you could be one of those stories!

Kimberli - glad to hear that you are doing okay. today my sore bbs are completely gone but that is okay. today I don't feel as though AF is coming so I am enjoying life... tomorrow could be a different story.

I think I am going to do an hpt tomorrow morning I think. I will be 12dp3dt so I don't think that would be too early. I know I could be setting myself up for disappointment but I'd rather be prepared.

FaithandHope- Congratulations!!!!

Vicky I wouldn't worry about the spotting. That can be normal. Women can have a period and still be pg.

Hoekey- Try and stay posititve I know it is hard especially when you take a hpt and get a bfn. But that doesn't mean anything. Let the blood test tell the truth. My fingers are crossed.

Kelly- You are brave taking the test. If I do one it will be Sunday. I figure the later I wait the more accurate the results. I'm feeling better today as well. My bbs are still sore and I'm still bloated and have mild cramping. I'm hoping these are still good signs but don't want to get too excited. This cycle has been very different for me and I hope its a sign.
Let me know if you do the test and what the read out is. Just think 4 days to go.

Thanks girls!!!! We just went to Hibachi and celebrated! We are just so excited....we got the BFP on the HPT but now it is offiical!!!

Where is my Beta partner, Angie!? I get so emotionally involved and I want BFP for all of us and I want her to get on here and tell us she got hers today!!!!!

Kelly-I vote for you to take a HPT soon! After all you have been through, it is YOUR TURN for a BFP now!

Well sad news for me. I did the hpt this morning and got a bfn - not even a very faint line. I am 12dp3dt so I don't think it was too early. I usually get AF today or tomorrow if it is negative so I am sure it'll arrive soon. I am feeling so down. I know you don't know for sure until the beta but having now done this 7 times, I am getting to know the process. I really thought it worked this time.

Not sure what we'll do now. I'd like to call and set up my review appointment but my clinic won't allow that until after you get your beta results.

Kelly I really feel for you right now. I'm still tryin to come to terms with my own situation. I just came back from a meeting with the counsellor in the clinic that I go to. My DH told me that I was to go in for a blood test and maybe a chat with the counsellor. My review appointment is next Friday btw. Anyway the 'blood test' was a farce he had made an appointment for me because he was afraid about how low I was feeling. I dunno, talking only helps so much - it can't take the pain away.

Oh Kelly, it broke my heart to see your post!!!!, I understand so much what you are going through, believe me, all I can say is, first of all, let's see what the blood work shows, you never know, and second, in the case it didn't work, there are still a lot of other possibilities in terms of playing with your protocol, donor (I know you did that in part now, that's why I am saying it), etc etc, so please please please, whatever you do, don't lose the faith, it will happen!!!!!

About me, I talked to my nurse yesterday, she said not to worry, that the spotting is pretty normal as well as the cramps, she said to drink plenty of fluids and rest. So yesterday I went home early from work, and just relaxed all day and the spotting diminished a lot. Now today I just had blood drawn for a third beta, please keep your fingers crossed!!!!!!!!!

I hope everyone else is ok. As for me I've got 3 days to go and so tempted to do the hpt. I will wait though. My other cycles I did. This time I said I wouldn't but it is so darn tempting!
