Hi buddies

sorry that i have some heart breaking news, my beta has dropped...Its sad that its all over for this little embie....little one Loved and lost...

the next step is to stop the meds( already done) and Af should arrive in 3-4 days .If not will need a scan then D&C. The clinic said that i should bleed ok as only 5 wks gone, they also said we have been unlucky...
yeah I know that script already. As we have been through this twice before....The only consolation ( spelling???) is that this has been lost at 5 wks and not later on where i know it can be more heart breaking ( as those who have had m/c know only to well x x x)

we have decided to wait until DH's busy schedule at work is over ( Nov-dec) and go for FET in Jan.
the only good thing to come out of this is to say at least i did get preg and I gotta hold onto that...

but as you all know Grief hurts like hell...and time is the only way to mend my & Dh's broken hearts. We have each other and that is a Blessing.

unfortunaltely ,my Parents in law are due up tomorrow for 4 days. Nightmare to have to be so vulnerable to them but Will need to tell them as i will be in floods of tears for a few days...

will catch up with you all soon...

As i said before via tx, i am gutted for you and cant stop thinking about how much you must be hurting. Take time with dh and have lots of hugs.

Am so sad for you, this is just so unfair. Makes me mad as we all had so many hopes and dreams about IM.

KellyM, thinking of you. I've been in the position of deciding to wait for smaller follies to catch up or do the ER sooner so as not to lose the ones that are ready. I guess the only advice I have is put the faith in your doctors. They know what's best. Wishing you the best of luck. You are a trooper. God luck with next scan.

Anna, thanks for asking about me. I'm fine, just in limbo. Hope Matthew is feeling better.

Hi Sonia, looks like you are on your way. Hoping that things work out with work/travel situation. It's so hard for us to give our employers concrete info about what days we need off, etc. We have to wait to see what our bodies tell us. It's difficult to plan things.

I still have not ovuated... day 25! I go in tomorrow for a sono and blood to check out what's going on. My body must still be messed up from IVF last month. Doctor said my body is re-setting itself. So, no IUI yet. I really just want to move on and get to the IVF cycle.(Dec) Time is creeping along.

Thinking of all of you. THe weekend is almost here. Yipee! -chriss

Thinking of everyone so sorry if i didn't write a personal today.

Well, just got back from my day 13 u/s and its a go. I am doing the trigger shot tonight with ER on Saturday. They said that as of today there are 7 mature follicles and then there are the smaller ones some of which may pop up over the next couple of days (fingers crossed). I am excited but nervous since this is our last round with my eggs.

Carolyn tx and she is fine. Dh had his little op and all went well, she is on the way back to the hotel with ice-pack and bandages!!!! (her words not mine) I'm so chuffed everything is going well for them.

Hi to everyone else.

Me - well i wont bore you but will just say i have been struggling big time and needed some space, which i will apologise for now as i have never abandoned the thread before, but have been watching what is going on.
Have decided to go ahead with our FET in January as i'm giving my body a rest until then. Have been continually doing ivf for 2 years and i am so exhausted. Will catch up with you all soon.

I am shattered today but have kept busy cos parents in law due any moment...I had my 1st much loved coffee in 7 wks and was sick as a dog after it. Am still feeling so sick. Went to see Gp today for a check up and discussion of next steps...HCG is still in my system so it will take a week or so for it to fall enough for my body to start to let go of embie and then AF to start. hope this happens soon ...am a bit worried as to what i will see but doc says a small beanie will be tiny by then...a bit shrivelled sorry girls if TMI.Going to acu on mon and thursday to help this bleed along.
i keep gettin waves of grief and am just letting it all out x x but still feel and look preggers in my jelly belly so its hard...so sad for my embies little ones so loved x x x

anyway onward and up ward...2008 brings new hope ...BFP's for allx x x

I came on here with the main objective of sending much love and big hugs to my dear pal JB. I am so sorry that your happiness was short lived and it has been cruelly taken from you & Adam. This IVF lark is just too hard & cruel and unfair. I felt physically sick when I saw your text.

Wish that there was more that we could do to help you & support you. Wish we were all just around the corner and could crack open a bottle of something stronger than coffee and then be sick together. Hope that the in laws are able to support you both.

It will take time but as you say yourself it is better to let your hurt out now. I have a pal who sadly m/c after IVF 3 or 4 and now she has a little boy who came on her very next attempt. The snow babies will wait for you in the New Year when you are strong again. Will send them kisses on Saturday (and for Jen1d's too).

You are being so brave and we are all here to help you as best we can. I hope that AF will come soon for you & is not too awful. Hugs

PS - Jen - thanks for updating everyone. Dh is sore but fine and they seem to get what they needed after two (yickes) goes. Now we just have to hope that the donor did well today too & the combination works well. Hugs to you babe as know that you are unhappy too
