Thank you everyone!! I am confused about something though. They said we are 4 weeks pregnant as of tomorrow. How can you be 4 weeks pregnant when the retrieval was 2 weeks and 2 days ago? :?

pregnancy is counted from 1 st day of last mentral period or AF...ie 2wks before egg collection.
pregnancy actually lasts 40wks or 10 months when counting this way...

go and buy zita wests book on early pregnancy its very good...

They start calculating the pregnancy from day 1 of the cycle and your retrieval would have been mid-cycle. So, the first day is probably the last day your DW had AF. Best of luck!
