Baby08 - I think you can test sooner because we won't have the trigger shot in us like we had with a fresh transfer. However they always advise against testing early in case of later implantation and getting a BFN because of testing too early. This whole process is so emotional. You will see me testing though...early.

This month is going so slow. I really thought that this cycle wouldn't seem to take as long since I knew what to expect but it is doing just the opposite. I'm glad to see that everyone is getting along well this time around. I am trying to look forward to things coming up to help the time go faster. Anyone else excited about shopping the day after Thanksgiving? I just love shopping on that day. Most people I know can't stand the crowds but i find it fun. Hi Ladies, Hope you don't mind if I join you! We just did our first IVF last month, I got a BFN on 11/9/07. I have already started my lupron and as soon as I find out when my scheduled transfer date is I will let you know. It should be the beginning of december I believe.

Cyclone ~ I hear ya on the slow moving month. For me, the time seemed to have went by more quickly witb fresh transfer because it seemed like there was always something - another doctor's appt or more stims or less stims - now with FET - it is just wait - wait - wait.... I have only done the shopping after Thanksgiving once - I didn't enjoy it. But I am not a shopper anyway. I have to work that day.
I am so excited - I get to take a whole Estrogen pill tomorrow instead of a half. Plus, AF is still hanging around and I've had to do the Estrogen cream vaginally - which is messy. I think AF is leaving tomorrow though - she better stay away for 9 months now!!!
Having my FET on December 4th. We have 3 frosties and are putting 2 back in. I hate leaving one behind but they won't let us put 3 in since last time the 2 they put in stayed.

Thank you! I am hoping so too, that would be great news! I spoke with my nurse friday, I start my estrogen patches this saturday the 24th. They have scheduled my transfer for Friday Dec 14th.
That seems forever away... I hope it comes quickly. Here's to hoping this was our last AF's for awhile!
Hello! Can I join you all? Our FET day is December 7th. I really hope this works this time. My signature tells you what I have been through. We have 5 frozen embies. The problem with me is that my uterus lining gets too thick. My lining was at 16 mm for my Fresh Cycle. I really hope it doesn't get so thick this time.

Welcome to all of the newcomers!! This cycle is still going by so very slowly. I did get to start the estrogen patches yesterday so I guess it is slowly getting here. The next two weeks should go by quickly I hope. This being a short week with the holiday and then next week my hubby and I are taking off and going on a mini vacation. It is suppose to be a relaxing get away, so hopefully that will help this time around. Anyone else doing something to help yourself relax? I have started going to a yoga class once a week, because everyone tells me it is relaxing. I am not so sure about that. Being the least flexible person in the class I don't know how relaxed i am as i feel silly not being able to do everything the others can do, but I am getting better.

This thread is so quiet. I chalk it up to us all having a frozen transfer and nothing terribly exciting happens during a frozen transfer, as I am finding out.
I had my last shot of Lupron a couple of days ago. I am now up to 3 tablets of Estrogen a day and the Estrogen cream at night. Saturday I go for my 2nd and final U/S. Hopefully everything will look peachy keen. If so, I believe I start my Progesterone shots and cream Sunday or Monday - then transfer is set for Friday.
Drum roll ladies......9 more days! I can't wait. The watch out for POAS addict. Have a Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

I am still waiting for af. They call it a lupron period. I can't start my estrogen patches till I have it. (Anyonelse go through this step, just curious?).

Tomorrow is my last day to take my Aygestin. Then wait for AF. THen i start taking BCP (HORRIBLE) and aygestin again. My first appt with doc is Dec. 26th at 8:30am for my baseline ultrasound and level check!! YEAH!! They plan to do a FET on or around January 15th.
i posted earlier in theis thread. My wife is scdeuled for her transfer on dec 1st. this past monday her lining was only 6.8. The RE upped her estragen pills to 4 a day. Monday she goes back for another u/s what thickness should her lining be before the transfer. Thanks abd good luck to all

I had a flat bfn last time on fet, so im hoping it will work this time.
No symptoms on the drugs this time around, so dont feel too bad.

I had my appt with the RE yesterday. They said everything looks great. My lining was at 12. I start progesterone cream and shots today. Transfer is in 5 more days!!!
I just talked with the ivf nurse coordinator and was a bit surprised. I figured I would have ultrasounds during fet but there protocol is that they do not them and only one estrogen blood test which blew my mind.
I requested that an ultrasound be done to make double sure the lining was where it was supposed to be.
What is the protocol for you guys? Just curious.
Also, good luck to all of you that are having your FET's this week. I will have you in my thoughts and prayers.
