Hi girls

Carolyn - just really praying 4 you sweetie, just think you got past your dreaded day 11, so there must be something going on. Loads of girls have no symptoms this early, give your little beany a chance to dig itself in. I know a girl on another group who had a betahcg of just 5, so negative pee stick, no symptoms, on test day, and then by 5 weeks (so 3 weeks after ET) all was on the normal level.

keep it all crossed, and rest a lot, please, Yoga, irish harp music etc HUmmmmmmmm HuMMMMMMMMMM.

Well all work and no play this week---until Sat. Going out with a few couples on sat for an italian meal then a few drinks.

No appliction form from s/w yet. I emailed and they said they sent it last Friday---b------s. Told her i would email tomorrow if its not here--we'll see.

IM sent an email today and said they had reviewed our case and they feel we do not need anymore tests as everything is clear. They said the only test they could do is for sperm but given we always get a high result at the fertilization stage they dont want to do this or anymore tests. So we just have to contact them when we want to go ahead with FET.

Right i am whacked after 7 days of shifts so going to chill

Thank you for the wonderful support! It is great to get such great women cheering me on during this horrible 2ww.
I was feeling great up until this morning when I woke up with no symptoms at all. Its 2-3 days before AF typically arrives (on cycles when I get BFN) so I am feeling really hopeless now. No more sore bbs, slight cramps like AF is on her way. I know people say that pregnancy sometimes feels like AF but why would my sore bbs just stop all of a sudden unless something changed within me. Man, this whole process sucks!
Really wish I could find out over the weekend but instead I have to wait until monday when I am back at work and have to face the whole work week.
Sorry no personals, feeling kind of hopeless now.

as for me facing a big challenge as DH wants to call it a day ( ie no more tmt) ...Still in discussions and have swayed him a bit on moving forward to 1 last try...i also have written to Dr redenda for advice on fresh versus FET and any tests needed...
For DH its not the result of the tmt its all the stress it puts me and our relationship under ( as well as my health with the MS) for the 18 odd wks that we go through it ...I can honstly see his point but my body and tick tock of baby clock says a big NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! not wanting to stop yet!!!!!!!!! its a hard one but must look at our relationship too and see what his needs and wants are ..its not fair and it is hard ( tears galore girls) but have to stop sometime i suppose and just want to postone it for a few more tries ...see what the weekend away brings for us x x x speak to ya monday

Know what you mean, i would love to continue every month but i have to stop this stress and heartache somewhere. I'm not sure yet but think after the FET then we will probably go for adoption--think. There is only so much the body can take and why throw away money when i can use that for a child we adopt. I would prefer my own child but this has already been taking away from me so wont ever experience that, which is just awful and hearbreaking everytime i thing about it but i hav a fab hubby and if we get to experience it with a baby, who cares if its not ours---its will be---still so confusing and upsetting though.

When i emailed the s/w for the application form she told me i have to be patient and do all the things that a couple want to do but wont have time when they have a little one about. Made me annoyed telling me to be patient----does she not know that ivf people are patient. I wanted to scream that we have been patient for 6 years trying to get pregnant so another 6 months is a doddle---silly cow.

Going to town with dh, sis and Mum in the morning to get some pressies for my aunty then out with friends for an Italian meal and some drinks.

Sunday we will be doing some cleaning then over to my mums for tea then back to work monday. i am cramming in so much studying just now and MIGHT finish it by Xmas---2 months before its due---am desperate to get it out of the way before treatment and adoption stuff. I am just trying to finish off some legislation and theories------yuuucckkkkk.

Was giong to go to the cinema tonight but its freezing and i have developed a cold since yesterday and feel all heady and hot, so staying in for a chill out.

Enjoy your trip to Aviemore, hope you manage to relax.

Dh and I need to think about whether this is it or whether we would go again (JB - understand & truly emphathise with your issues honest - how long can we go on and not damage our relationships/future/health - big hugs)

Hello to everyone. Thinking of you all. AF arrived yesterday will begin stimms tomorrow. Excited and sad all at the same time. Had a bad time on Wednesday trying to get rid of my sharps (Needles). Hospital would not dump my needles and give me back my big container. Would only take container away and not give me a new one. Seems silly but it made me cry. It's bad enough we have to poke ourselves but now they are making it difficult to dispose of needles easily. They suggested I use the extrememly small can I got at pharmacist and recommend that I dump it at pharmacy every week. What they don't understand is that I live an hour away from the pharmacy that I get my meds at and that little container won't hold sh_t. Then when I finally do succeed and get pregnant, I'll need to poke myself 2x a day with blood thinners. I need a way to dispose of large quantities of needles easily. OK, I need to stop now. I'm getting carried away. There's much else to worry about, but come on. Us IVFer's need a break once in a while. Well, that's no way to end a message.
