Factor V Leiden (clotting) with twins any advice

Hi Ladies, just back from my 6 week scan to find we are having twins, everything looks good at this time and saw 2 heartbeats.
i am just concerned as i have had 2 bio-chemical pregnancies, had further tests and found i have factor V leiden, i am currently taking 75mg Aspirin a day, i have been told i will eventually go onto heparin, i was wondering if anyone could give me advice of what to do and what to avoid.
