hI Alison, Just a quickie about active birth Yoga. I don't know if i got muddled but i thought you said you were going on Nov 3rd. Have you been going to a different place or haven't got around to going yet? I go just off Ditchling Road. I've been looking out for you! I'm not going next week as i'm moving house but i'll be there on the 24th and then i'm going to change to the Tuesday morning sessions. As we've packed up our whole house i'm not sure where my phone book is (sensible!!) so i can't give you a ring but hopefully i'll hear from you on here. Hope you're keeping well. Love Adey xxx

Hi!! I was wondering where you were. I went to yoga on the 3rd Nov actually on Ditchling Road - it was with Karel and it started at 6.30 pm. Is there another one - it sounds like it? Spooky! I also went last night and will be there on the 24th (but it sounds as though it is a different class). Are you keeping the same phone number? I've still got your email address, so I can email my phone number to you. Good luck with the house move and we'll talk soon!!! Alison xx
