hello everyone, wow, i can't keep up with you guys. great!!!

here is just a quick update. i had an us yesterday and everything looks good, follies are growing, but my retrieval date was pushed out to 12/11, which is actually better for me. so transfer may be 12/14 or later, not sure, but i'll keep everybody posted.

good luck to everbody else stimming right now and it won't be long for the rest of the group to join us with bfp.

WE have such a large group now. YAH! I think I`m one of the last to ER, so I`m feeling a little left out at this point. Thats O.K. I had my ER date changed. I was going in on DEC. 10th, but I felt at the time I wanted to wait till Jan. So here I am. Wish all a BFP

Hi everyone,

CT- michele - thank you for your reassuring advice. I went to see the nurse this morning and had u/s, i had about eight follies and one of them measured up to 10.9mm and had been stimulating for 4 days. the nurse was very happy and said the uterus lining was fine as well, she used the words "this is exactly what i was expecting to see". however, she foned this evening to say my bloodwork has come back and they want to stop stimms this weekend and then scan on monday. I hope this is a normal protocol.

Pumma - happy to hear everything is working fine and your cyst has find where it belongs and a day difference. At this rate I believe the BFPs will flowon this buddy

I hope this process goes on well with all of us for our dreams to come.

Hi Ladies -

Welcome Laura (boo1) - I hope all goes well with retreival. Please let us know. Just a side note - my cousin just turned 40 and she is 5 months pregnant! She has PCOS like me and did tons of IUIs with injectibles and she is expecting a boy! My aunt, her mom, had a little boy when she was 45!!! So there is hope.

Still feeling crappy. I went to the RE and I have 18 follies on the left and 10 on the right (I have PCOS). My estrogen was rising a little too much so they dialed me down to 75 iu of follistim in the evening and tomorrow morning. I go for the next appointment in the morning. I'm getting a lot of monitoring because I've been cancelled twice. When they lowered my dosage before, my estrogen went too low. I'm happy because I don't want to hear those words again.

Hello All!

I went for u/s and b/w this morning. Everything is great and right on schedule. I have 11 follies, 2 are only 10 mm, but the rest are between 14 and 18mm. They told me retrieval will definitely be on either monday or tuesday. (I was very excited about this because that means I will take my pregnancy test on christmas eve, a perfect christmas gift!) I have to go back tomorrow morning for another u/s and b/w and they will tell me then for sure.

LB- It sounds like we are on the same exact schedule! Very exciting. You described my lower abdomen to a tee! Very uncomfortable, but not really painful. Little uncomfortable to walk, but i find it most uncomfortable when I have to pee (which I am seeming to do much much more lately).

Sounds like a bunch of people are due for ER very soon. I hope we all get BFP's! Baby Dust to all!

Hi CT Michele great haul I'm so excited for you are your nervous. My test date with my DS was also on xmas eve we chose to leave it till the following couple of days only because i was so sore and practically unable to walk with how much fluid i was retaining 7 or 8 kilos from memory which i put on in a matter of two or so days and because i had already done the evil pee stick and new already sorry ladies have to run dh is ready to geve me a hand putting beds together we have family from melbourne coming to stay and need beds put up for them to sleep on.

G'day Angie you right reading these posts are like reading a book when i log on i usually expect to read through the last 3 or 4 posts and be up to date but here it's read through a whole page or to but i tell you it's great to have so many people here to chat with hope everyting is going well with you.

Hi Lisa 12 follies thats a good number i only tend to grow about 9 follies on quite high doses and have experienced the nasty OHSS quite badly so I'm glad they are taking care to avoid it with you. all the best

It's great to know that there are some of us going for ER soon!! you give me hope. I've learned so much through this forum that I don't feel as overwhelmed when I get info from my RE or nurse, because in a way I know what to expect )

I should be getting my big box of medicines this week (I know it's going to be big because some of you have said so!)

Good Evening everyone!

I wanted to post this morning after my tests, but I figured I should wait until after I heard from my dr. I just heard from him and my ER will be on Tuesday morning. I am very excited because now I can take my preg. test on christmas eve!

I am starting to get nervous about ER. This is my first time so I dont know what to expect. The Dr says I won't feel a thing, is that true? For anyone who has been through this, what was it like? Were you asleep or awake? How bad was recovery?

Another question for everyone- I know there is a 2ww, but has anyone taken a home test before the day and was it acurate? Just curious, since I know I will not want to wait!
