after 7 years & numerous treatments I am now a Mummy and am overwhelmed by it all....

Jack Andrew made an early arrival on the 1st Dec (due 20th dec) and weighed 6lb 3oz & he is perfect.......

was not prepared at all as had only finished work the week before & can you believe my waters broke in the hairdressers!!! luckily my highlights were finished...oh........& I still payed the bill!!!

apart from hurting like mad i was quite lucky in that I had a straight forward natural birth........14 hours from waters breaking (8hrs established labour) and I managed to avoid any tears/stitches........

Now the real hardwork has started.......cannot remember what SLEEP is!!

Well hello my dear friend Sarah!

I am absolutely thrilled to hear the news about the birth of your son Jack Andrew. Squew did tell me a few weeks ago but it's been a bit manic here over Christmas with a very mobile 11 month old.

Isn't it an amazing feeling being a mummy - I still can't believe I have my gorgeous baby girl Chloë and every day I just look at her and have tears in my eyes (lack of sleep most probably lol) but I just love her more than I can say so I know you are feeling that right now.

How are things going? I bet you had the happiest Christmas EVER - I know we did!

I'll sign off for now but I just wanted to wish you and your DH so many congratulations and best of luck for the future as a family... at last!
